Swampert

Deep within the cave that had become his sanctuary, Rei stood before a makeshift workstation, illuminated by the soft glow of bioluminescent moss clinging to the cavern walls.

The air was thick with humidity, and the faint echo of dripping water created a rhythmic backdrop to his work.

This cave held significance. It was here that Gyarados fell, where Hanuape, Staraptor, and Dubwool evolved, and now, it was time for another transformation.

At the center of the cave, Marshtomp stood, its bright orange eyes watching Rei with anticipation. It had grown considerably, its muscles denser, its reactions sharper. But it wasn't enough.

Marshtomp was on the verge of Gym Level, yet Rei wanted more.

He wanted a breakthrough.

And he had just the thing.

The Kyogre Scale

Rei took out a small stone bowl and placed it on the flat surface of a rock. Inside, a single, finely ground powder sparkled faintly—a crushed fragment of Kyogre's Scale.

Kyogre, the ancient sea god of this world filled with pokemon, carried an energy so profound that even a fragment of its essence could alter a Pokémon's fate.

But raw power wasn't enough. Rei needed to balance it.

From his satchel, he pulled out a Thunderclaw Herb—a rare plant found in stormy islands, known to enhance electric conductivity.

Then, he added Molten Coral Dust, harvested from deep-sea Pokémon remains, enriching the concoction with the hardiness of the ocean's depths.

Finally, the last ingredient—a few drops of purified Spring Water from the Lugia Tree, filled with a mysterious vitality.

The mixture hissed and bubbled. A faint mist of blue energy rose from the bowl. Rei use his power to make it fuse better whike strengthening it. Finally it was ready.

Rei looked at Marshtomp. "Drink it."

Marshtomp didn't hesitate. It tilted its head back, gulping down the thick liquid in one smooth motion.

For a moment, silence.

Then—

BOOM.

A deep roar echoed through the cave. Marshtomp's body convulsed, veins of glowing blue light surging beneath its skin.

Its muscles tensed, and its eyes flashed with an unnatural stormy glow.

Water rushed out from its body, forming a whirling vortex around it. The ground trembled as its feet sank into the stone, the sheer energy warping the surroundings.

Rei took a step back, watching as Marshtomp's silhouette stretched, its frame expanding, fins sharpening.

Then—

A shockwave of water blasted outward, nearly knocking Rei off balance. The mist settled, and in its place stood a towering, new figure.

Swampert, the King of the Swamps

The fully evolved Swampert let out a low growl, flexing its newly strengthened limbs. Its once dull blue skin was now a deeper, richer azure, marked with glowing veins of storm energy running along its arms and back.

Its fins had grown larger, sharper, giving it a sleek yet powerful appearance. But most noticeable of all—its eyes.

They held a primal sharpness, reminiscent of the sea's fiercest predators.

Rei nodded in satisfaction.

"You've finally broken through."

Swampert stomped the ground, sending small tremors through the cave. It flexed its arms, testing its newfound strength, then looked at Rei with fierce determination. It finally caught up with Mimikyu and broke through to the gym level.
