The sun shone brightly over Rei's farm, casting warm light over the vast fields of fruit trees, Pokémon enclosures, and newly developed lands.
Today was an important day.
Rei stood at the edge of an empty plot of land, arms crossed as he surveyed the area. Swampert stood beside him, eyes gleaming with excitement.
"This is it," Rei muttered. "Time to create a proper body of water for you."
With Swampert's help, Rei excavated the land, creating a massive deep pond that could comfortably house large water Pokémon. The soil was reinforced to prevent water leakage, and Rei used his powers to purify and enhance the water, making it rich in natural energy.
To make it a proper ecosystem, Rei carefully transplanted aquatic plants, ensuring they would thrive in the new environment. Some of these plants would later be used for Pokéblock ingredients, providing unique nutritional benefits.
"This isn't just for you, Swampert," Rei said, looking at his partner. "I'm going to bring in other Water Pokémon to live here too."
Swampert nodded enthusiastically, already looking forward to having new friends.
While the pool was being finalized, Rei flew into the forest, using his power, Rei transplanted an enormous tree from the forest, bringing it to an open space within his land. This tree would be Staraptor's new home, a grand structure where the Starly clan could also reside.
Rei also gathered the Starly clan and asked which if them will be willing to move to his farm to be guards, they were initially skeptical about moving. However, after seeing the farm through a picture, many young Starly decided to follow Rei to live in his farm.
Back at the farm, construction continued.
With Lycanroc's help, Rei designed and built a massive house that would serve as the main residence for:
Himself & Elise, Arnold who is Elise's Father, Mimikyu who have his own little creapy room, Lycanroc who have his room near the basement which has his forge, Hanuape whose room is at the top floor.
The house was spacious, with separate areas for humans and Pokémon, ensuring everyone had their own comfortable space. Rei also bought a pokemon teleporter with a communicator just like the PokeCenter and a trading machine that he place in his new house just in case he needs it.
Near the house, Rei also built a large barn—a cozy home for Wooloo, Dubwool, and future Pokémon. With this, the farm was now ready to expand even further.
As the sun set, Rei stood proudly, looking over the new developments.
The farm was growing, the Pokémon had better homes, and his future plans were progressing smoothly.
For the first time in a while, Rei felt completely at home.
