Sandal City was bustling with activity as Rei stepped into the Pokémon Center. The air was filled with the beeping of machines and the low hum of conversations between trainers and nurses.
Walking up to the counter, Rei placed his Trainer ID in front of Nurse Joy.
"I'd like to upgrade my Trainer ID to Heavenly King level."
Nurse Joy blinked at him, tilting her head slightly. "Heavenly King level?" She let out a small laugh. "That's a big claim, young man. Do you have proof?"
Rei smirked. "I figured you'd say that."
Stepping back, he whistled, and in an instant, Staraptor landed beside him, its piercing gaze scanning the Pokémon Center. The bird fluffed its massive wings before letting out a sharp screech—then released its suppressed aura.
A powerful shockwave of energy surged through the room.
Machines flickered, Poké Balls on the shelves rattled, and several trainers in the center gasped as they felt the overwhelming pressure. A couple of weaker Pokémon fainted on the spot, unable to withstand the sheer force of Staraptor's presence.
Nurse Joy staggered, gripping the counter for support. "T-This… this is a real Heavenly King-level aura…"
Rei crossed his arms. "Do I still need to prove it?"
Nurse Joy took a deep breath, composing herself. "W-We still have to follow protocol. You'll need to go through an official assessment at the Fighting Colosseum in Sandal City."
Rei nodded. "Fine by me."
The Fighting Colosseum stood tall in the heart of Sandal City. As Rei entered, he immediately noticed Officer Jenny and Mayor Roland standing near the testing grounds.
Officer Jenny stepped forward. "You're the one claiming to be Heavenly King-level, huh?" She eyed him carefully. "We take this very seriously. If you're lying, it'll be considered a crime."
Mayor Roland nodded. "To be recognized as a Heavenly King-level trainer, you must have at least three Pokémon at that level and pass a series of tests."
Rei smirked. "I'll keep it simple." He tossed out three Poké Balls, revealing: Dubwool – its wool crackled with static, showing its refined defenses. Hanuape – his muscles flexed as he let out a low growl, psychic energy swirling around him. Staraptor – it flapped its wings, a sharp gust cutting through the air.
The judges nodded.
"Alright, let's begin the test."
---
First Test: Strength Demonstration
A massive steel pillar was placed in the arena.
The test was simple: the Pokémon had to leave a mark on the pillar.
Dubwool went first. It charged forward, its wool surging with electricity, and slammed into the steel. The impact dented the thick metal, leaving a deep crater where it struck.
Next, Hanuape stepped forward, lifting a massive boulder above his head with psychic power. He then crushed it with his bare hands, sending shockwaves through the ground.
Finally, Staraptor took to the air, then dove at full speed, striking the pillar with its talons—shredding the steel apart like paper.
The judges exchanged glances, clearly impressed.
---
Second Test: Endurance
Each Pokémon had to endure a powerful elemental attack from a specialized machine.
Dubwool stood firm as a machine fired high-voltage electricity at him—yet his wool absorbed it all, redirecting the energy harmlessly into the ground.
Hanuape was blasted with ice-cold mist, meant to simulate extreme cold, yet he simply closed his eyes and remained completely unaffected. His muscles burned with psychic energy, keeping his body warm.
Staraptor was caught in a powerful wind vortex, meant to push it to the ground. Instead, it fought back, wings glowing with energy, and burst through the storm with ease.
Officer Jenny nodded approvingly. "They're showing high-level durability."
---
Final Test: Combat
For the last test, each Pokémon had to battle a high-level opponent.
Dubwool faced off against a Machamp, its four arms flexing as it prepared to strike. The Machamp launched a powerful Dynamic Punch, but Dubwool effortlessly redirected the force with its wool, countering with a Headbutt that sent Machamp flying.
Hanuape was matched against a Gallade. The psychic warrior slashed at him with Psycho Cut, but Hanuape caught the blade with his bare hands, then blasted Gallade back with a surge of psychic energy.
Staraptor fought a Dragonite in the sky. The dragon fired a Hyper Beam, but Staraptor dodged at the last second and countered with a Brave Bird, colliding head-on and sending Dragonite crashing into the ground.

Official Recognition
As the dust settled, Mayor Roland stepped forward. "Without a doubt… you've proven yourself."
Officer Jenny nodded. "As of today, Rei is officially recognized as a Heavenly King-level trainer. And is that bald mongkey a new pokemon ?"
Rei with a smile said "No, it's just a mankey evolution."
Nurse Joy, who had arrived to watch, sighed in disbelief. "You really are something else…"
Rei took back his Trainer ID, now upgraded with a gold emblem—the mark of a Heavenly King-level trainer.
After taking the emblem, Rei talked about his village. " So like... Nurse Joy can we talked about establish a pokemon center in my villagr ?"
"Oh ?!? A pokemon center" said Nurse joy.
"Yes, I just came back from my journey and found that my village is declining, a lot of people have left. So I am thinking of building a pokemon center so the villager left won't leave. Surely as a king Level Trainer, you can do me this favor" said Rei.
Nurse Joy then answered "Well it depends, see maintaining a pokemon center is expensive. The only way to maintain it is by taxes. This is why while in some cities, healing pokemon is free while in others, you need to pay. So if you want our Joy clan to send a nurse there, it will cost lots of money. But I suppose as one of the top trainers in this region. Our clan can make an exception and pay for it from our own pocket. An investment if you will"
"Great. But can we make a smaller pokemon center ? Afrer all there are currently only 69 people in my village" said Rei
"That small ?!? Sir Rei... if that is the case. We can send a retired nurse Joy. These nurse joy have retired and some of them usually stay in seclusion. Since your village is that small we can send an old nurse joy there. Think of it as their retirement home" saod Nurse Joy.
"No problem. By the way I also want to do a breeder examination" rey said with smile.
And so the Ester Village, officially have a pokemon center.
