As the last of the Tailed Beasts settle, a heavy silence falls over the room.
Naruto's excitement slowly gives way to the weight of the moment. The once playful atmosphere turns serious.
Hashirama leans forward, his eyes sharp. "Now that we have everyone gathered, it's time to discuss how we prepare." His voice takes on a commanding tone, even though the room is filled with some of the strongest beings to ever exist.
Minato stands beside Naruto, his face serious. "We can't hide what Kaguya warned us about. If there are more Ōtsutsuki out there, they could be even stronger than she was." He pauses, looking at Hagoromo for confirmation. "Is there any more we can learn about them?"
Hagoromo looks thoughtful, his gaze distant. "What Kaguya said about her planet may be true. The Ōtsutsuki clan's true power isn't something that can be easily measured, but I sense there are more out there. They are not like us." He looks at Naruto and Sasuke. "You two may be the only ones who can truly protect this world."
Naruto grins. "You know I won't back down!" This work was created by shredder121
Sasuke doesn't smile, but his resolve is clear. "If they come, we'll deal with them. Like always."
The other Kage exchange looks, murmuring among themselves. Tsunade steps forward. "It's clear we need to prepare the entire world. But… should we tell the people? Should we reveal the true extent of the threat?"
Tobirama scoffs. "What's the point in hiding it? The longer we keep secrets, the more we risk. This threat is too big to ignore."
Killer Bee, leaning against the wall, scratches his head. "I agree. They'll need to know, so we can all get ready."
But Tsunade hesitates. "If we tell everyone, we might cause panic. And… not everyone is strong enough to face what's coming. We might lose people before we even fight."
Orochimaru, his eyes gleaming with his usual calculating look, speaks up. "A controlled reveal. We could gather the world's leaders and share what we know. Keep the general population unaware until we have a clear plan. The last thing we need is mass hysteria."
Sasuke glances at Orochimaru. "That might be the best course. Too much panic could make the situation worse."
Minato nods thoughtfully. "If we only reveal what's necessary, we'll give the world a chance to prepare."
Hagoromo speaks again, his voice calm but authoritative. "The biggest challenge won't just be dealing with the Ōtsutsuki—it will be getting everyone to work together. This world has always been divided. If we can't unify, we might fail before we even start."
Naruto's expression hardens. "We won't fail. I know it."
Hashirama smiles. "That's the spirit, Naruto. But unity is key. The different villages need to cooperate, share resources, and stand together." He looks around the room. "It won't be easy, but if we can do that, we have a chance."
The Plan Begins
The discussion continues for hours.
Logistics are worked out.How to train new shinobi. How to gather and preserve chakra. How to ensure the villages stay united.
The Kage agree that it's time for a global summit, where the greatest minds and warriors of the shinobi world will discuss the next steps. Naruto's enthusiasm remains high, but even he knows the weight of the task ahead.
As the meeting wraps up, Sasuke stands up to speak one final time. "We won't back down. This is our world, and we protect it."
Naruto grins at Sasuke. "I wouldn't have it any other way!"
The room slowly empties as the legends discuss their respective plans, each determined to play their part.
Outside the room, the sun begins to set, casting a soft glow over the faces of the gathered shinobi.
The future is uncertain. But for now, they stand united.
