The Raikage, his face a mixture of disbelief and concern, steps forward, his booming voice cutting through the silence. "So you're telling me that all this time, Black Zetsu was pulling the strings without an army behind him, and now that he has one, he could do so much more? What's to stop him from wiping us all out with the forces Kaguya's given him?"

The room murmurs at the Raikage's words, but before anyone can respond, Hagoromo raises his hand, silencing them. His gaze is calm, but there's an undeniable weight in his words as he speaks.

"Kaguya won't fight us," he says, his voice firm. "And Black Zetsu won't either. Kaguya's motivations are not to destroy the Ninja World—she has no interest in fighting us unless her planet is threatened. Black Zetsu follows her wishes, not his own desires."

Hagoromo looks at the group, his eyes steady. "Our goal, for now, should be to finish Isshiki. He's the immediate threat to the world. Once that is done, we can seek Kaguya's help, but only if it's necessary. She will not fight unless it serves her interests, and I believe we must proceed carefully."

The Raikage crosses his arms, still uneasy. "So we deal with Isshiki, and after that, we try to ask Kaguya for help? What makes you so sure she'll assist us after all this? She has her own agenda, doesn't she?"

Hagoromo nods. "Yes, but we have something that she values—Naruto and Sasuke. If they are in danger, she will not stand idly by. She's already shown some level of cooperation by removing the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Her actions show that she is not as detached from this world as she may seem."

As the group absorbs Hagoromo's words, Naruto stands up with a determined look. "I trust Hagoromo's judgment. If we handle Isshiki, we'll have the chance to convince Kaguya if it comes to that. But first, we focus on stopping Isshiki."

The conversation shifts to preparations for the upcoming battle, but the question of whether they will have Kaguya's help hangs in the air.
