Jacob and Gloria have known each other since university, but while Jacob has always secretly loved her, Gloria sees him only as a friend. Years later, now a successful lawyer, Jacob finally gathers the courage to confess his feelings over dinner: "Gloria, I've always loved you." However, Gloria rejects him harshly, claiming he doesn’t meet her physical standards. Heartbroken, Jacob accepts her decision and eventually grows closer to Charlotte, Gloria’s younger sister. Their bond deepens, and they build a strong and happy relationship, while Gloria marries Samson, a handsome yet abusive man.  

When her marriage turns into a nightmare, Gloria, trapped in a toxic relationship, tearfully confides in Charlotte. Realizing her mistake, she leaves Samson and returns to Jacob, begging him for another chance. "I was wrong. It’s you I truly love," she tells him, overwhelmed with emotion.  

Jacob now faces a heartbreaking dilemma: should he leave Charlotte, the woman who has loved him unconditionally, or rekindle his relationship with Gloria, his first love? Aware of the situation, Charlotte refuses to lose Jacob without a fight.  

Caught in this complex love triangle, Jacob must decide between his past and his present. Which love will prevail?

One Man for Two Hearts

They spent some time inspecting the premises, talking about the decoration and ideas to attract customers. Jacob, always attentive to Charlotte, even suggested a few improvements to make the bakery even more welcoming. 


Once the tour was over, Jacob drove Charlotte back to her shop, his smile still present. Throughout the journey, she kept thanking him, touched by the gesture that had made one of her biggest dreams come true. In front of her shop, he dropped her off, kissed her tenderly one last time, then headed off to his office. 


Charlotte, still overwhelmed with emotion, entered her shop with a radiant smile. She handed her friend Juliette the meal she had brought for her before sitting down, her heart still racing. Juliette, seeing her excitement, couldn't help but ask: 


— Well, Charlotte, what's got you in such a state?
