The sun was already orange when Blythe came back to the camp. There was a workout session organized by Joe to bond with all the departments in the company. Blythe joined with a grudge; she knew things were not going to be normal with the message on the phone. She wanted to shut herself inside until it was time for the events. Her mind was totally in the articles.
“What has you engaged this much?” Ralph asked as she entered with the bottles in her hand. Charlie told her to bring some local soft drinks from the nearby shop. The hotel did not have enough. Blythe shook her head.
“How was the training?” She asked as the bottles made a slight clunk sound on the table.
“Nothing new, except for people trying to be competitive.” He jerked his shoulders as he took the bottles from her hand and walked out of the made-up tent to hand them over to others.
