Ten minutes later, Billy, who received the text message, threw the doctor into the car and drove toward his destination.
Less than ten minutes after driving out, his phone rang.
"Speak!" Billy answered.
"Boss, this is Winston. I've found out the identities of the four people who kidnapped Tasha."
"It was Neal's people who hired them..."
"I already know. He's at The Horizon. Arrange for someone to clean up after him!" Billy interrupted.
As he finished, he hung up directly and slammed on the gas pedal with force.
The Horizon was one of Cloud City's most upscale restaurants. On ordinary days, only wealthy or influential people could afford to dine there. It was not a place where ordinary people could afford a meal.
Today, starting from the afternoon, all walk-in customers were turned away because Neal Hoffman would be hosting his birthday party there tonight. Initially, some customers complained, but upon hearing Neal Hoffman's name, they quickly shut their mouths and left in fear. Even the most prominent families in Cloud City had to show him respect.
At six in the evening, the restaurant was bustling with noise and excitement. Apart from those in the underground world, all major families sent gifts but left immediately after to avoid suspicion.
At 6:08 PM, a Maybach pulled up at the restaurant entrance. Neal walked into the lobby, surrounded by his four trusted aides.
"Wishing Mr. Hoffman good fortune and a long life!" Everyone stood up and shouted in unison, their voices deafening.
"Thank you all. Let me drink this first." Neal walked to the main table in the middle, raised a glass of white wine, and downed it in one gulp.
"To Neal!" Everyone raised their glasses simultaneously.
Suddenly, a white figure flew into the restaurant at lightning speed through the doors—it was the unconscious doctor. He landed precisely on the table beside Neal, flipping it over. Food splattered on the surrounding guests, including Neal Hoffman himself.
A tall figure appeared at the door, expressionless, walking steadily toward the main table. Neal became instantly alert at the sight of him. His face turned blue with rage as his birthday party was disrupted. However, after years of experience in the underworld, he did not immediately lash out. Instead, he picked up a cigar, took a deep breath after lighting it, and exhaled slowly. Since claiming the throne as Cloud City's underground emperor, no one had ever dared to provoke him like this. He became very curious about the identity of this man.
"Do you wanna die?"
After a moment of silence in the hall, three or four hundred people rushed toward Billy with thunderous momentum.
In an instant, the hall resembled a battle scene—hundreds of people were knocked away, blood splattering everywhere. Within just ten minutes, apart from ten people standing around the main table, the others had collapsed on the ground, either dead or wounded.
Except for Neal, the remaining nine people stared at Billy in disbelief.
Neal coughed, choking on his cigar. His hand trembled uncontrollably as he held it, terror evident on his face.
This man was beyond anything he could comprehend.
"Fuck, you little brat don't fear death, huh?" A voice broke the tense silence at the main table.
Neal's four henchmen simultaneously drew their Desert Eagles and pulled the trigger at Billy. Bullets rained toward him.
To their despair, the bullets stopped a few centimeters away from Billy, as if hitting an invisible barrier, before falling to the ground with a crisp sound.
Billy casually raised his hand, unleashing a violent wave of energy that swept toward the main table. Except for Neal, the other nine were lifted into the air and slammed onto the ground. Blood gushed from their bodies as they lay in horror. Neal fell onto his butt, his face pale and drenched in cold sweat.
"Who… who are you?" Neal struggled to speak as Billy approached.
"Who is Firewolf?" Billy's voice was icy and chilling.
"What… what do you want?" Firewolf, lying on the ground, spoke with difficulty.
"Remember, I'm only asking once!" Billy glanced at him. "Where did your people take Tasha?"
"Which Tasha? I… I don't know what you're talking about..."
A hint of panic flashed in both Firewolf's and Neal's eyes. Before Firewolf could finish his sentence, a gust of wind surged from Billy's palm like a high-pressure wave. It struck Firewolf's chest with immense force. He struggled to open his mouth but couldn't utter a word as blood oozed from his body. His legs twitched weakly before he fell lifeless.
"You still have one last chance!" Billy turned his gaze to Neal. "It's best not to test my patience!"
"It's… It's Garth Thunder who asked me to help find a matching heart donor for his granddaughter. The Tasha you mentioned happened to be a successful match, so…" Neal stammered, terrified.
"The Thunder family?" Billy interrupted.
"Yes… that's right..."
"Where is Tasha now?"
"She has been sent to their manor…" Neal hesitated before continuing, "She… she has already..."
"What are you trying to say?" Billy felt a strong sense of unease as his blood boiled with rage.
"Cloud City… the hospitals here do not support heart transplants…" Neal spoke with difficulty. "Two hours ago, Garth Thunder personally took the girl to the city of Enssea. His granddaughter has been waiting for surgery there. They'll be in the operating room in at most an hour… You… even if you leave now… I'm afraid you won't be able to make it…"
Boom!
Before Neal could finish, a massive surge of energy exploded from Billy, shattering everything around him.
