Scarlett's POV
The next morning, I realized Ryder had kept true to his words. The moment I stirred awake, I could not feel the lower half of my body.
But the smile against my lips said otherwise. I wasn't upset. The tour plan for the day was a ski resort nestled in the depths of the mountains. We had to have a lot of fun. But I didn't care if my legs weren't working. That's how good I felt about last night.
Unlike what happened with Dylan, I didn't contradict myself as harshly. What happened...happened. With Ryder by my side, I felt safer and warmer.
But the thing was...I was growing more and more attached to these two. I was a total mess yesterday, similar situation. But today, I was much more relaxed and was giving it more thought than emotions.
