CHAPTER 50 I Want To Fuck You

  Nathan's POV

From the moment the invitation arrived, I knew Alpha Sebastian Miller was up to no good.

He was never the kind of man to extend kindness without an ulterior motive. Especially from someone from the lowest rank in the pack.

And yet, I went. Not because I trusted him—far from it—but because I needed to know what he wanted from me, what he stood to gain from this so-called dinner.

I could have declined. Hell, I wanted to decline. But I knew Alpha Sebastian Miller hated rejection almost as much as he hated losing control.

So I accepted, if only to let him think I was interested in whatever game he was playing.

In truth, I needed to keep my head in the game. If there was one thing I couldn't afford, it was underestimating him.

Isabella told me not to go. She said it felt wrong, and honestly, she wasn't wrong. It didn't sit well with me either.
