　　As I lay on the cool grass, I can feel the power of the full moon caressing my body. My mate is looking down at me, with so much love and concern in his eyes. He is holding my hand and stroking my head, and it is bringing me a level of calmness that I didn't realize existed. 


　　I hear voices getting closer to us, and I detect my Dad and other pack members. 


　　My Dad comes to sit beside me, and my mate growls again. "Son, I am not here to interfere. I just want to be by my daughter's side through this." My Dad says softly to my mate.


　　"I am sorry. Of course, you want to be by her side. My wolf is just fiercely protective over her already. He has been eagerly waiting to find his mate." My mate explains to my Dad.


　　I love the support that both men are providing me with, but all I want is for this pain to stop.
