Olivia's POV
I stumbled out of the audition room, my head spinning. Had that really just happened? Did I actually land the role? Part of me was convinced I'd wake up any second now, probably drooling on my pillow.
But as I looked around the bustling studio hallway, reality started to sink in. I, Olivia Martinez, was going to be a movie star. Well, maybe not a star yet, but at least I'd graduated from "aspiring actress" to "actual actress." Progress, right?
My elation quickly faded as I realized Christopher was nowhere to be seen. Where had he disappeared to? I know billionaires are busy, but couldn't he have stuck around for five more minutes?
I pulled out my phone, half-expecting to see a flood of congratulatory messages. Instead, I was greeted by a blank screen. No calls, no texts, not even a "good luck" emoji from Christopher. Talk about anticlimactic.
"Seriously?" I muttered, glaring at my phone as if it had personally offended me. "You ghost me now?"
