CHAPTER 103

  Olivia's POV

I stepped out of the studio, the cool evening air a welcome relief after hours under the hot lights. My phone felt like a lead weight in my pocket, still frustratingly silent. As I debated whether to check it for the millionth time, I heard a familiar voice call out.

  "Olivia! Wait up!"

I saw Stacy jogging towards me, her hair bouncing with each step. For a split second, I wondered if she would ask for another ride. Last time, she'd practically drooled all over the leather seats.

"Hey, Stacy," I said, smiling despite my fatigue. "What's up?"

She caught up to me, slightly out of breath. "Got any plans for tonight?"

I hesitated. Christopher was still giving me the silent treatment, and honestly? I was getting sick of waiting around like some lovesick puppy. Maybe it was time to remember I had an actual boyfriend.

"Actually," I said softly, "I've got a dinner date with Logan tonight. He's been bugging me about spending more time together."
