CHAPTER 198

  Olivia's POV

I stood in the pouring rain, my silk dress clinging to every curve as water dripped down my face. The LED backdrop created an eerily realistic stormy night, complete with thunder effects that made me jump each time.

"Action!" Harrison shouted from his chair.

I crept through the mansion's hallway, my heels clicking against the marble floor. The prop gun felt heavy in my hand as I rounded the corner.

"Cut! Olivia, those heels are too loud. Can we get some rubber soles on those?"

The costume assistant rushed over, sticking rubber pads to my designer stilettos.

  "Alright, from the top!"

This time, I moved silently, the gun raised. Jorge lay sprawled on the chaise lounge, pretending to be asleep. My wet hair dripped onto his face as I leaned over him.

"Cut! More tension in your face, Olivia. You're about to kill someone, not wake them for breakfast."

I couldn't help but giggle. "Sorry! It's just - his fake snoring is really distracting."
