I felt my stomach churn, and before I knew it, I rushed out to the outside, clutching my mouth. Natalie followed closely behind, patting my back.

I leaned against the wall, retching until there was nothing left in my stomach. Finally, after I had emptied everything, I felt a little better.

Lucas handed me a bottle of water. I rinsed my mouth, feeling slightly better.

Suddenly, Lucas scooped me up effortlessly in his arms and carried me back to our room.

"If you're tired, just go take a shower and get some rest," he said.

I nodded and headed for the bathroom.
