CHAPTER 146 Who Sent the Flowers

We quickly left the scene, and after walking for a while, I turned around. Phoebe was still on the ground, unable to get up. But her eyes, peeking through her disheveled hair, were filled with an intense, menacing glare.

As I turned back, I suddenly noticed someone wearing a mask, staring directly at us from a short distance away. Natalie, too, was looking at him.

From his clothes, I recognized him as Zachary.

"I don't want to play anymore. Let's go home," Natalie said, her head slightly tilted towards Luke. The words were meant for him.

Luke nodded, wrapping his coat around her. "Alright, let's head home."

I patted Natalie on the shoulder. "You've just recovered. It's not a good idea to stay out too long. Let's head back early."

With that, Luke took Natalie and left. I stood there, still unable to find the rest of the group, lost in the middle of the crowd.
