DAHILA
"Happy married life my daughter in law." She said as the car dropped me in front of our new house.
"I'm sorry about what happened today and how Davis treated you, I will make sure to speak some sense into him."
She doesn't need to speak some sense into him, I'd rather do that myself. Why speak to a moron? A bastard like him! I can handle him.
"I think he's home already, have a nice honeymoon with him, I will make sure you get all the care you need for you and my great grandson." She said as her eyes flickered to my stomach.
I nodded forcing out a smile before the chauffeur drove off, I watched the car until it disappeared out of sight and I clenched my fist, new pangs of anger filling me up. Is this what Davis wants to do? This is the game he wants to play?
We will play the game together.
