DAVIS
I have never been so nervous in my entire life as a human being neither did the thought that becoming a father was just a stone's throw away from me.
I was confused even after Dahila yelled amidst her pain, Gerald tried to calm me down but I just couldn't find myself doing anything...
"Davis!!!" Dahila screamed, "Help me out you moron!!!" She yelled that's when I came to my senses taking her away from her parents, Anna and Natalie as I swung her into my arms.
"I've got you," I whispered as we approached the ambulance, the blaring sirens cutting through the night air.
"Get her on the gurney," one of the paramedics shouted, her voice calm but firm.
I gently laid Dahila down, her face twisted in a grimace of pain.
Once at the hospital, I just couldn't sit in one place especially when I kept on hearing her cries from the room, I saw the doctor rush out, "Doctor??"
"I'm sorry but she's not ready yet."
