CHAPTER 51

  Aubrey's POV

I lay in bed, trying to fall asleep, but my mind was racing. I couldn't believe I was stuck in this small apartment with Dario and Sophia. It was like a nightmare come true.

As I tossed and turned, I heard a faint noise coming from the living room. I got out of bed and walked quietly to the door, trying not to make a sound.

I peeked outside and saw Lucas sitting on the couch, staring at his phone. He looked up and caught my eye, and I felt a pang of guilt for spying on him.

As I looked at him, I couldn't help but notice how cute he looked. He was wearing a white tank top that showed off his strong arms and chest. His black trousers were baggy and comfortable-looking, and they made him look relaxed and laid back.

I loved the way his hair looked, all messy and tousled. A few strands fell across his forehead, making him look even more adorable. He looked like he just rolled out of bed, and it was a look that really suited him.
