Chapter 24 Back to the Island of Summoning Beasts

Back to the Island of Summoning Beasts

After spending time exploring Kaguya's world, Team 7 decided to revisit the Island of Summoning Beasts. Naruto, especially, was eager to return since he knew Kurama would want to check out the other summoned creatures on the island. But little did he know, something special awaited them.

"I want to go back to the summoning island," Naruto said, his excitement growing. "Kurama always wanted to see the other creatures here. Let's check it out again!"

Sasuke gave a brief nod. "Fine, but we still have the Otsutsuki to deal with."

Sakura agreed, "Just stay cautious, Naruto. We don't know what could be waiting for us."

Naruto grinned confidently. "Don't worry! We've dealt with worse."

Black Zetsu, appearing from the shadows, spoke coldly. "If you wish to return, follow me." This work was created by shredder121

The Return to the Island

As they arrived back on the Island of Summoning, the energy felt familiar, yet something felt different. There was a thick, intense aura in the air—stronger than before. The Zetsu continued their training with the massive creatures, but Black Zetsu led Team 7 deeper into the island, further past the beasts they had seen before.

"You'll want to see this," Black Zetsu said cryptically as they walked.

Eventually, they arrived at a secluded clearing, the air shimmering with chakra. And there, in the middle of the clearing, was a baby Nine-Tails Fox, its golden fur glistening and its massive tails sweeping the ground behind it. Despite its size, the creature exuded an unmistakable power—one that felt familiar, yet otherworldly.

The Baby Nine-Tails

Naruto's eyes widened. "A Nine-Tails… but it's so small…"

Kurama's voice rang in his head, brimming with excitement. "Kid, do you see that? It's another Nine-Tails! This is huge. It's like a mini-me. I can't believe I'm seeing this!"

Naruto blinked, surprised by Kurama's reaction. "Wait, you're excited about this?"

Kurama chuckled, his deep voice rich with pride. "Of course! It's another Nine-Tails, but not just any Nine-Tails. It's tied to Kaguya. This little one is like a student, a miniature version of what I am! It's like seeing a younger version of myself."

The little Nine-Tails sniffed the air and looked at Naruto with wide, curious eyes. Despite its youthful innocence, the chakra it emitted was undeniable—wild and untamed, but strong.

Black Zetsu watched Naruto closely, his tone almost curious. "This is Kaguya's personal summon. It is not like the other Nine-Tails. It has been born from her chakra, and its power is linked directly to her. It will not be easy to bond with."

Kurama's voice boomed in Naruto's head once more, filled with excitement. "This is amazing! We're looking at another Nine-Tails that's connected to me—well, sort of. You'll see, kid, this one's a student of mine. I'm sure it can grow strong—maybe even stronger than I was when I started out."

Naruto grinned. "So, you think it's worth training?"

"Worth training? It's another Nine-Tails! You'd be crazy not to train it. Imagine it with the right guidance. It could be unstoppable—the possibilities are endless!"

Black Zetsu's Warning

Black Zetsu, observing their interaction, spoke up. "It is still a summon. It is bound to Kaguya and cannot leave this world unless she wills it. Even then, it will take time for it to accept you. You can train it here, but don't think it's yours to command right away."

Naruto nodded, understanding the challenge. "I get it. Training it will take time, but we'll do it. This Nine-Tails will be strong, just like Kurama."

Kurama's voice was full of pride. "Good choice, brat. This little one's potential is massive. It's got the power, it just needs the right training."

A Bond in the Making

Naruto carefully approached the baby Nine-Tails, who cautiously stepped toward him. Its large, glowing eyes locked onto his, and it let out a soft yip, almost like it was trying to communicate. With a gentle hand, Naruto reached out, and the baby Nine-Tails nuzzled against his palm, seemingly accepting his presence.

Kurama's voice was filled with joy. "That's it, kid. You've already started the bond. But remember, this won't be easy. It's a Nine-Tails—just like me, but you'll need time to earn its trust."

Black Zetsu was silent for a moment before speaking again. "If you wish to train it, you must be patient. The process of bonding with a summoned beast is a long one. It won't come easily."

Naruto nodded. "I'm ready. We'll take it slow."

Kurama's Excitement

Kurama was practically buzzing with energy. "This is great! Just think, a Nine-Tails to train and raise! It's like I have a younger sibling—except this one's got potential even beyond what I had. It's going to be fun, kid!"

Naruto grinned, feeling the warmth of his bond with Kurama. "Don't worry, Kurama. I'll make sure we both help this little Nine-Tails grow strong."
