Suzuki stole one of Kev's fries! He sat there. His eyes engulfed with pure galvanizing shock.
--
Did she just... steal my food?
Kev began to burst out in an uncontrollable, quixotic laughter. As Suzuki choked on the small chunk of food she stole, her laughter began to sway her tsunami of bangs. Once they stopped, they simply stared at each-other; how much good friends they had become in just a week.
Twirling through the labyrinth of hallways, they weaved past several bystanders, marching towards there next class.
"Who's that girl? And how come her face is covered?" Whispered a student, her tone emanating expostulation.
Ehhh? I suppose now that she is walking with me people are beginning to notice her. Pondered Kev. They began to slow down.
But... If I can here there complaints... Surely Suzuki can too? He leaned down towards Suzuki, and, although her face was invisible, he could understand her understandable acerbic displeasure towards the comments.
--
If I couldn't notice her until she brushed past me, I can only assume other students hadn't noticed her either.
--
"And that boy... His name is Kev, right? at least that's what I've heard people call him?" Pondered one student.
"I heard it's some kind of nickname." Whispered another.
"Either way, he's far too cute to be lingering around someone as weird as her." Muttered in another student.

Jeeze, is this some kind of twelve episode anime? Since when did people actually truly care how someone looks in this day and age... How immature. Thought people only did this in shows 'n stuff.
Kev decided to ignore these odd remarks, and went on with his day.
--
After school, Kev pondered next to the main gate - it didn't take long for him to spot the needle in the hay stack, and jolt Suzuki aside from the graveyard of multi-coloured sprouts of hair hurdling towards him.
As the crowd began to fade, Kev took one clean look at Suzuki, and noticed she seemed to be untouched from the hurtful remarks towards her.
"Hey, Suzuki, you wouldn't mind coming with me towards town, I uhhh... Need to pick some things up."
"I don't mind..." Returned Suzuki.
They ventured forth towards a miniature, slightly isolated town, that enshrouded itself with rows of shops, each contrasting one another. Rows of bricks with a concrete hue lay flat in a straight line, with several emerald-lit trees and navy blue bins next to them. They all had small wooden benches that held silver hand-bars at either end of them.
--
Each shop was parallel to each other, yet housed different products. One sold tourist-like trinkets, while another one sold books. Each store different, each store there own.
I suppose this is the first time I've ever done an activity with Suzuki other than walking from school and back. Is it happening, brother? Am I finally doing something proper?
--
A shopping trip... With Kev... I shouldn't be doing this. B-but it'll only be a short trip... I'm sure Kev only wants to pick up a few things. I can get back in time, yeah!
