Warrior High Goblin

Elliot's happiness was soon slightly dampened when he realized that he needed to kill an average of 10 beasts to receive 1 stat point.

That was a considerable number, considering that the number of beasts here was not infinite and at this point, he had few left to hunt.

The number of beasts in a dungeon usually determines its rank in dungeons with this type of beast, because they are very weak. So, on average, there might be about 120 beasts in this place, not counting the boss. Maybe a little more.

And he had already killed about half of them. So, starting to receive 1 point for every 10 beasts was bad news.

"I guess I can't get big rewards forever. I've been getting stronger enough, so it's not bad," he thought after sighing and went back to the hunt.

And so the hours passed.

A good while later, Elliot breathed visibly, exhausted, as he lay against a concrete wall specially made with intrinsic and rustic decorations.

He was exhausted, he needed water, but he couldn't get out.

"Only I would think of coming hunting without bringing any supplies," he scoffed to himself.

Maybe it was because he wasn't used to it, but he completely overlooked bringing water or food, even though he now had the inventory to do so. Maybe he was too anxious.

He looked to his right and saw a closed door.

'I already had a look at the boss and he's alone. He's a magician and very powerful. It was good that he didn't add points to my statistics. I will certainly need a tank to deal with him.'

That is why he was resting at the moment, to prepare himself to make a new summoning.

His statistics had not advanced since the last time he uploaded them, even those 2 points earned from killing that Misfit were still there. He had enough points now.

Although he was in a dilemma due to the lack of water, after realizing that he could not do anything, he was forced to try to recover with the statistics.

So he looked at his system.

The first thing he did was to increase his Strength. He had it at 16 before, so he decided to raise it to 20 in one go.

Strength: 20. (Points remaining: 4).

After nodding in satisfaction, he also increased his agility. It was at 11 before, now he added 4 points.

Agility: 15. (Points remaining: 1).

Regarding Resistance, despite having 4 points available, he wasn't going to add any for now, as he needed to create the tank.

He hadn't earned any Sense points in this dungeon, so he couldn't level it up.

When he raised his stats, he felt slightly refreshed and smiled.

'This is what it means to be on the threshold of the Awakened Rank, eh... I feel like energy is slightly overflowing from my body.'

More than feeling it, he could see it. His body seemed to be enveloped in an almost imperceptible energy, which rose gently, like an exclusive and powerful aura. That felt good.

He finally smiled, checked the number of points he still had and nodded. He had 4 points left in strength and resistance and 1 in agility.

It was enough for now.

'Checking that boss's strength, I'm completely sure he's a magic warrior. He possesses a high sense as well as considerable strength and agility. Where would that kind of mage fit in?' His mind quickly moved in that direction, the most important thing.

If he thought about it carefully, there shouldn't be a type of magician like that.

There are many types of magicians in this world. To be exact, there are six types of magicians.

There are the Physical Magicians, characterized by having high Strength and high Sense, which are their two main attributes. They tend to have magic that drastically increases their strength, and they are incredible in a frontal battle.

Elliot remembers them very well because at the last World Championship, the most notable figure was awarded the title of 'Dragon Slayer' and he was a Physical Mage with fire transformations, belonging to the 'High Earth' continent, formerly known as the Great Continent of Pangea.

There are also the Resistance Magicians, who evidently have a high Sense and Resistance. A great man from Ancient Land, one of the rulers of the Island of Atlantis called Goliath, belongs to this group.

Agility mages are renowned for having the best assassins in their ranks, as some of them awaken the remarkable magic of 'Stealth', which also has a corresponding skill.

Finally, within the 'Variators' are the Varied Mages, where he believes he belongs.

But, among these four types of mage, there shouldn't be a type of mage that has three such high stats. And, if we look at the group of mages called 'Imaginers', there should be even fewer.

'In fact, there shouldn't be any Awakened who can have three main stats, as the Just Law prevents it.'

Whether they are Variators, Imaginers, or Fighters, each of them has main statistics and secondary statistics. Well, the Imaginers are not so much; they have only one main statistic, and the rest are not even secondary - they simply do not exist because they cannot raise anything other than Sense, but that is a special group of magicians.

The thing is that facing him is a Fighting Mage, with possibly three relatively high stats.

"Beasts are the same as the awakened, so I must assume that one of those stats is secondary, and he can't use his full potential. Sense is out, since he's a mage. Could he be a Physical Mage-type beast? Because if he were agility, they wouldn't let me in so easily because of the danger of facing a Boss Assassin."

Seeing the limited possibilities, Elliot began to rule out several things in his mind. For example, it couldn't be a Soul Mage, so it shouldn't be able to attack from a distance. Now, he had to be careful because the beasts were intelligent and, although this one had died many times, its consciousness did not disappear, as it was in the Core of the Dungeon. That's why it keeps the memories from the moment it appeared here. Therefore, it must have extensive combat experience.

'If it's about strength, then the tank is indispensable. If it were about agility, it would be useless, but I'll stick to the main idea. Now, the question was, did it possess some kind of fire magic capable of burning up oxygen?' he thought.

Technically, it shouldn't, but the beasts are cunning, and this one has the fire attribute, so he has to be careful with it.

'I'll have to create a tank that can match the boss in strength, perhaps.'

While he was thinking, he also began to think about whether he should use the goblin, or...

He took out another body that he had in his inventory. The one of the leader of the collectors who had recently attacked him. He had had to hide it to avoid suspicion, he hadn't thought it would be useful to him now.

'I wonder if I can do it with a human body.' He considered it for a while until he smiled.

'Although it may not be moral, for now, my life is more important.'

He immediately surrounded his hands with attribute energy. As he wanted to create a tank, he utilized the 4 points he had allocated for resistance, 3 for strength, and 1 for agility.

Then he began to 'draw' on a non-existent plane, but under the copy of that bastard's body.

It was quite complicated, but he noticed that he could do it without too many problems, so he was a little faster than the last time. Perhaps it's because he knows the shape of the human body perfectly.

After a while, he finished and stepped back a little, sweat running down his forehead.

"It was harder for me because it's bigger, but... Did it come out right?"

He waited patiently for his invocation to rise, but suddenly...

[Error]

[Low strength. You are not qualified to create a summon of the body of a Type 1 Race]

[All the points will return to you…]

[Please choose a different form. The body will be consumed and you will receive no reward]

When these four messages reached him, the body began to be consumed in strange particles of energy of attributes, until it disappeared without a trace.

Elliot frowned, but he wasn't annoyed. He was simply taken by surprise, and his heart almost leapt out of his chest when he said it was a mistake. Luckily, the points returned to him.

He sighed, relieved. 'A goblin as a tank... Tsk, I don't think this will work out as I expected, but it's better than nothing.'

With a groan, he took out the corpse of one of the goblins he had kept especially for this and set to work again.

'This is going to tire me out a lot...' This was what worried him, but he had no choice but to keep going.

And so 25 minutes passed until he finished.

'That quick? I'm sure not even half an hour has passed...'

Looking at his hands, he realized that he had become incredibly versatile in his use of attribute energy. He could use it easily and with tremendous agility. This surprised him so much that he ignored the creation of his summon.

[You have created your second summon]

[By becoming so good at creating summons, you have blessed your creation]

[You have received a Special Summons]

[Warrior High Goblin has been created]

Elliot was drawn to the system's messages and couldn't help but look at his hands. He immediately looked at his summon.

"High Goblin Warrior?"

When he saw it, he found it hard to believe that that thing really was his invocation.

"It grew?!"

The invocation he had created from a body measuring 1 meter and 20 centimeters was now over 2 meters tall. It looked incredibly muscular and tough.

It looked like a real tank with well-developed muscles. Although it was slightly intangible due to being made of energy, it looked tough enough to take a hit from him and not lose at all.

Its stats were immediately displayed in front of him.

[Energy Summoning: Warrior High Goblin]

| Strength: 15.

| Resistance: 20.

| Agility: 5.

| Sense: 0.

[He is incredibly resilient. Due to problems with his creation, he has one arm shorter than the other, so it is recommended that he wear the shield on his short arm. He has good hearing, despite the fact that one of his ears is smaller than the other]

Elliot looked at his arms and his ears, to realize that it was as the system said. It had done a bit badly again, but at least he wasn't missing anything.

'I guess the thing about the shield is because I'll be able to give him one later, right? It looks like he'll only be able to use his hands and energy for now,' he considered.

Tools made by the Awakened were expensive, yet effective, so if he could equip his summons with them, they could become very strong and be highly useful in combat.

"Even if they're expensive, it would certainly be worth it." He smiled with satisfaction and looked at the door behind him.

"Time to start."

He didn't want to waste any more time, because he was a little anxious about the lack of water. So he got up.

His new statistics had unfolded before his eyes.

[Statistics]

| Strength: 20.

| Resistance: 12.

| Agility: 15.

| Sense: 7.

[Remaining: 1 point in strength]
