Make a baby

Adalyn didn't register what Logan said about getting into business because she was still unsure about the place she was at the moment.

But when Logan left her side to go get her bag from the car trunk, she panicked and ran to his side. "Logan Hudson," she cried out his name with a shaky voice as she ran to stand close to him. She was used to addressing him as Logan Hudson as he was a famous rich man who everyone talked about being a dark evil man.

"I felt something move… something went past me," shuddering, she clung into Logan as if she wanted to enter into his body and also forgetting that he was the evil one.

Logan rolled his eyes in frustration. "I heard you are a monster, how come you are scared of a place you clearly belong to?" He grabbed her with one of his arms and tossed her body over his shoulder as he used his other hand to take her bag.

Adalyn was too scared to think of anything. She stuck very close to Logan as he walked into the house. She said nothing due to how shaky and nervous her stomach was.

Logan closed the door to his house after walking in. He went closer to the switch after dropping his wife's bag. The light came up, causing Adalyn to almost jump out of Logan's arm.

"How intriguing," he chuckled silently to himself.

Logan brought his scaredy-cat wife to her feet but that didn't stop her from clinging to him as if there was a glue between them.

He looked extremely bored when Adalyn looked up at him to know what expression he had on his face. "I'm not used to this," she said in a low quavering voice.

"But you are used to clinging to me," Logan's eyes were looking tired.

"That's just a subconscious action," she pulled back from him but seeing that she took too many steps away from him, she came closer.

When Logan walked away, Adalyn took her time to study the house Logan Hudson called his home. The inside wasn't as dark as it was on the outside.

Everything looked so not like modern times. It appeared to Adalyn that Logan loved life of the olden times.

She studied things that her gaze fell on as she followed Logan to the second floor. There were beautiful paintings on the walls that were by the stairs and she couldn't help but admire them.

She expected Logan's home to be full of dark things but it was just the home of a man who loved to be quiet. His home could tell how he loved his mornings and what kind of adventure he'd like. Something like fishing and hunting?

Adalyn was even more shocked when she saw a painting of a couple dancing in happiness and by the side of the painting was one of naked couples hugging each other.

"Evil Logan loves romance?" She forgot the aura that surrounded him and went ahead to ask a question, which was due to her curiosity.

Logan didn't answer her query. He took them into a room and placed Adalyn's bag in a corner. He walked close to her as she was standing by the door, behind him.

"Wanna kill me now?" She looked up at him, finally realizing how huge and broad his body was.

His neck was so masculine. She noticed his sharp jawline and realized that she was just a little bit below his shoulder. His shoulders were so wide and broad, she fit perfectly into his body. He could cover her whole body with his without anyone knowing unless they looked from another perspective.

His shoulders were perfect for her to cry on. Then she looked up into his tired-looking blue eyes. They were sharp as if seeking something from whatever they gazed into but still retained that nonchalant expression.

"Why would I kill my wife?" Logan asked, placing one of his hands on the door behind her.

"To…you know why. You do it all the time so why are you asking me?" She lowered her gaze. At that moment she was trembling and using her hand to try and peel the skin on her other hand.

Logan grabbed her hands and noticed that her palms were cold. "What are you so worried about?" He asked, because he knew when she was shaking. "Don't be scared of your husband," he said to her, making it sound like it was an advise or something close.

"I should be scared of you too. I mean I've heard a lot of my wife being the cursed child and also a monster who eats people alive…"

Adalyn cut him off. "I'm not bad…like you," she frowned.

"Turn around," he instructed and Adalyn did just as he said as if there was magic in his mouth.

Logan unzipped her dress and told her to change into something comfortable while he prepared something for them to eat.

With that, the groom went out of the room while the bride stayed in the room to shower. "Are you sure nothing will eat me up here?" She asked him before he went off.

"No one can do such a thing with my wife. No one is capable of doing that to you, Adalyn, so hurry up," Logan answered and left for the kitchen.

Adalyn mocked him by mimicking his words with just her lips and a grimace face. When he left, she faced the door to the bathroom and prepared herself. "Okay, his wife won't get hurt," she uttered until she realized how foolish it sounded. He was the one who she was scared of, right?

But how he knew she needed the gown off her was what impressed her about Logan. She dropped the gown and went to her bag to put on something comfortable. "Do you think he's planning to share the room with me?" Adalyn wondered. "I don't think so…" she concluded after looking around.

Adalyn took a deep shower because she loved the temperature of the water. It wasn't warm or cold but was soothing to her body.

When she entered the room fully clothed and prepared she saw Logan, waiting in the room. He was sitting on the edge of the bed.

Logan welcomed her back into the room with the expression in his eyes. "Let's eat and get into business," he led her to a table in front of him that had a couch behind it.

"Business?" Adalyn hadn't sat yet.

"Make a baby?"

"Are we going to have sex, Logan Hudson?" Adalyn was shocked.

"We are married," he showed her the ring on his finger and when he checked hers, it wasn't in her finger. "You don't like the ring."

The way he talked was as if he was learning the English language. It kind of irritated Adalyn.

"Whatever, I'm not having sex with you," she looked away.

"I was hoping you'd turn me on…" Adalyn shut him up.

"Turn you on?" She felt challenged. Wasn't she attractive enough to get a man turned on just by touching her or seeing her without clothes? Now that she thought of it, she saw John with his ex-girlfriend in bed that night but she and John had never done it even though they dated for a year. And her past suitors said the same thing about not feeling the urge to do those things with her.

"...you're not attracted…" she stopped.

"We should eat and…" Logan was speaking when she lashed out.

"Is that all you care about?!" She was mad.

"I want you as the mother of my children, that's why I married you," Logan explained. "Nothing more… is there another way to have babies without having sex?"

Adalyn walked closer to him. "I can't turn you on?" She felt like it was a challenge. How would he know that there were other ways to birth children when he wasn't into modern stuff?

Her attitude suddenly changed. She placed her hand on his chest and stroked it for a while before grabbing him by his collar. "I'll turn you on, Logan Hudson," she said with a seductive tone and leaned closer to him. "I will," she whispered to his ear.

As she pulled back, she knew he'd search for her eyes so she satisfied him and made them meet each other's gazes. "When you kiss a lady, you close your eyes, you monster," Adalyn smirked at him seductively and bit the lower part of her lips.

"Shouldn't we…" Logan was barely reacting to her actions until she pressed her lips on his. She kissed him, and played with his lips for a little while and just when he was about to respond to her kiss, she pulled back because she knew he'd crave her lips now.

Logan's tired-looking eyes searched hers again but this time, in want. He had never experienced a woman kissing him this way. All his life, he had been known to be a dark evil person who killed people for his wealth. No woman wanted to be with him so when he saw the opportunity to be with a person of his kind, he had to take her.

His hand found her neck and pulled her in for a kiss.
