Soon evening came after and Emily was getting dressed for the party.
She stood staring at her reflection, she wore a black thin hand shirt that brought her breast curves out.
With a black tight skirt and boots on her feet,
her body figure was shown.
She tied her hair to a bun before applying a red lipstick on her mouth with jewelries topping them.
Her phone rang and Emily picked it up seeing the caller was Riley.
"I'm downstairs"says Riley,
Emily sighed after ending the call, she was already having second thoughts on the party.
Knowing her mom wouldn't agree to her going to the party,Emily had planned on using her window as an escape.
Removing her shoes and switching off the lights in her room,Emily opened her window to see Riley outside.
She threw her shoes and purse down which fell on the grassy floor.
Before raising her skirts a little higher and using the ladder she had directed the gardener to keep there earlier.
This was the first time she had snuck out to a party as other times she was invited anywhere, she made up excuses and didn't go.
Successfully getting down,Emily picked her shoes and bag before entering the car.
"You did bad"came the comment behind.
Emily frowned and looked at Riley who placed a frown on before turning her head to the backseat to see Sara.
"What is she doing here?"Emily glared as she didn't want to entertain the girl.
"She insisted on tagging else we would have
to deal with Ryder coming along"Riley responded with a tired sigh.
"Does Ethan know where we going?"Emily questioned with a softer tone,
"No,I haven't seen Ethan all morning"responded Riley.
"Do you want him to know?"came Sara's voice from behind.
Emily rolled her eyes ignoring the woman knowing
it going to be a long night.
"Aren't you like 22 and yet still getting curfew"Sara scoffed.
She wasn't lying stating the obvious, her words had an effect on Emily as she didn't ponder much on why her mother had always kept her locked in.
She would say the world isn't black and white and advice on the dangers of the world which she didn't know Emily is a part of a bigger danger now.
Soon they got to the club and Sara immediately stepped out like she owned the party.
"She shouldn't cause any trouble"Emily sighed worried.
"Just cool off Emily, she isn't that bad"Riley assured knowing Emily had never been to a club and she knew Emily was worried than ever.
The club was new in town and the youths of Atlanta filled the place, the music and people made noises.
All the different species of people were here and
one had to be very careful not to fall in bad hands.
A blonde haired man with blue ocean eyes walked up to them with a smile on his face.
He was good looking, tall and had a nice stature,
the girls around stared at him with lustrous enthusiasm.
But yet the man kept staring at Emily before getting to where the girls stood.
"Emily,so glad you are here"he grinned as he didn't expect Emily of all people to be here.
"It been long Julian"Emily smiled.
Remembering the old days and how Julian the bully kept pestering her.
Julian was part of the football teams back in high school and many girls were after him as he was the high school sweetheart but yet his heart throbbed for Emily only.
He was a bully and belonged to a gang,he usually bullied people which didn't seat well with most people and he was said to come from an abusive family despite his dad being wealthy.
Emily never liked associating with him as she had her eyes only for Alan but the boy was pessimistic about her and never gave up till after high school and everyone left to college she didn't hear from him again.
"You are more beautiful now"he says as his eyes swept over her.
"Not getting any attention"came Riley's words from behind with a smile.
"Riley, heard about it"Julian turned to the girl,
"I'm good"she immediately stated not wanting any pity further.
She left their side to head to the bar side.
Sara gave one look at Julian before a smirk appeared on her lips then she left with Riley.
"Do you like the place?"julian asked Emily,
"It amazing"Emily responded.
The place was noisy and they had to be louder when speaking.
"We should head to the vip side,it less noisy there"came Julian's words.
Emily nodded before following the man leaving the crowdy place.
The vip room was built differently,it had a nice sofa and a table where drinks were served.
Julian offered her a seat before signaling
to a waiter to get drinks for them.
"Heard you and Alan broke up"Julian says while staring at her.
He was admiring her as Emily was beguiling,
many men eyes were on her which didn't seat
right with Julian and he had to bring her here.
"Did you invite him?"Emily asked ignoring the fact he mentioned their breakup,a relationship which never seemed like one.
"I invited everyone"came Julian's nonchalant response.
He was never a fan of Alan and knowing Emily
liked the man made Alan a much bigger enemy.
"I still love you Emily"Julian says staring at her.
Emily frowned, she didn't think Julian still had feelings for her after all these years.
Suddenly Julian came closer to her invading her space.
Emily felt uncomfortable and shifted back but Julian came closer leaving no space for them and nowhere for Emily's escape.
He bent his face closer to hers and was about to kiss her when Emily touched his lip.
"Don't Julian"she warned.
A frown appeared on his face seeing how she still didn't hold any affection towards him.
He got up and left the room leaving Emily flabbergasted.
She hadn't excepted his approach and now
she felt bad for telling him off as always.
