Flowering graveyard

As same as last time, after she finished talking to me, I am back at my world. But at least this time, I finally know where she is. She told me to find her.

'Since she told me to find her back in my world, she must be somewhere in this world. I hope I could find a map of this world in the command room.'

After thinking about where she could be for a while, I decided to head to the command room.

When I finally reached there, I search around for something that could show me the map of this world. After a few minutes of searching, I finally found a glowing table with map on it.

When I turn on the switch beside the table, a 3D hologram map of this place appeared over the table.

'So this is the map of this world. There are many different areas here but most of them are covered in the mist like things on the map. As if I had to unlock them like a game.'

There is a flower field, altar and headquarter building on the map and also a place called cemetary on the map. Other places of the map is still covered in mist. The cemetary is just a bit away from the back of the building.

'It's just ate the back of the building. I will just this camera.'

To use the camera to go there, I tried to find the best place to take a picture, the top of the building. The command room seems not the highest floor of the building. But there is no button in the current elevator to the rooftop.

So I decided to head to the dorms and tried using the elevator there.

After reaching the elevator in the dorms, there is indeed a rooftop floor there. But, I also noticed that there is also and armory and lab there.

'I will check those out later.'

After reaching the rooftop, I first noticed the cold wind blew through me. The sky is also just like the first time I woke up. Colourful and beautiful. I felt like I could gaze the sky for all day long. But this is not time for that. I have to go and meet her.

I zoomed toward the cmemetary. It is a small hill with countless tombstones. They are in the huge and dense flower field and are also mostly covered in flowers. There is also a path in the middle leading to a largest of them but I didn't see anyone there.

But after collecting my mind back at me, I use the camera to teleport to the in front of the large tombstone.

The letters on the tomb has worn off. Other small ones are covered in flowers but this one has nothing around it. Just soil and stones but also the only clean one.

I noticed there is a strange envelope on the top of the grave. I took it but as soon as I tried to opened it, I heard a voice from beside me.

"It took you quite a while don't you. You seems rather slow ever since you woke up." She said.

But as soon as I turned my back, there is no longer anyone there.

"Looking for me? If that so, you should just give up for now. You know it's not time yet."

Not being able to turn and look at her, I just decided to talk this way.

"You still took a shortcut with your little device but you still make me wait. Now, ask me what you want." She said to me as if she already know everything.

"Well, just as usual I'd start with who you are." I replied to her.

"Boring... but at least you act like a character now. And for your question, I am a goddess.

The goddess of this ended world. Any you, are the last and only resident of my world. Well, for now."

"I know I should be asking more about you but what do you mean by ended world." The phrase frighten me a bit.

"Well, since you lost most of your memories, I have to explain to you again. In a nutshell, every worlds have stories and after the stories ended, the world also collapse slowly and come to an end. It kinda remind me of the past you know. Last time, you are the one who told me about them."

"Last time? So you do know about my past. Could you tell me about them." I was very curious of my past and asked her without thinking further.

"Oh darling. As much as I would love to tell you about it, I have to keep our promise. But don't worry. You will remember them soon. After all, you could never escape your past. But then, I have to do it again."

Her tone changed. Her voice is filled with excitement when she said that. But at the last line, her voice is full of sorrow.

"I believe it is suppose to be very important statement but I couldn't get serious if you talk that way. Let me think for a bit."

Having learnt too much info in a short time, I decided to take a short break.

"So, what am I suppose to do. What purpose do I serve."

"You sure are the same as before. I could never read all of your thoughts nor predict your next move. But you sure are entertaining, at least for me?"

"So? You haven't answer my questions."

"Just keep doing your travelling to another world things. You never have a goal or a mission anyway. At least watching you relieve me from boredom."

"That's kinda disappointing. Also couldn't you just watch movies or something if you are bored. You said the world has ended right? So there must be remains of the civilization and data. Judging from the technology advancement of the headquarter, the previous civilization must at least made some videos or at least books."

"As much as I want to, I couldn't, thanks to you. If only you hadn't offer all of the stories of the world to him these things would never happen." She lost her temper and shouted at me.

"What did I do? You said that I offered the stories but I didn't remember any of that, you know? But sorry if I made something bad to you." As much as I want to relate to her, I just couldn't remember anything.

"But you could tell me if that would make you feel better."

"You are just trying to get info out of me right now. Trust me, you will only regret it. And I couldn't keep doing that forever."

"Thanks for the advice but you said you were watching me right. For some reasons, feeling of having someone stalking make me kinda happy." I joked it to lessen the tension.

"I am not stalking. Also I've know you for so long that I know that you are trying to flirt with me, again. Also you should just go and do your travelling or whatever you what again. I've been talking for so long that it's bothering me. Also you talk alot whenever you are with me if you had been like that with everyone, at least I think nonebof these shits would ever happened."

"You talk more then me though."

"Whatever. Just go back and do your shit now. Only find me if something interesting happen. I'll just be here."

"Why don't you come to the building with me?"

"Just go damn it."

She sounds less angry and sad but she appeared to be annoyed by me. I do sucks talking with people. But I did think it was such a waste that I couldn't see her face but her voice is actually beautiful. It is sooting.

"Last thing, don't ever go inside the lab."

She shouted at me after I lest.

I tried to look back but she was no longer there whem I looked back.

Not having anything to do, I just head back to the building.

At the headquarter,

"Well since she said don't look at the lab, I better just check it. Maybe I could fine something useful there. Like sci-fi gadgets. I wonder why did her warn me though."

I went to the dorms elevator and went straight toward the lab. When I reached there, I opened the door and...

........

"Why won't you ever listen to me. I warned you. I've told you couldn't keeps doing this."

She said those words to me while sobbing.

I found myself woke up on her lap. It sure is comfortable and sooting for me but, she seems to be sad.

"I am sorry. What's happened?"

"I could never tell you. That's why it is so hard for me."

"I am sorry." Not know what to say anymore, I just apologize her again. I might have hurt her again. I can't help but wonder if I also hurt her before I lost my memories.

But at the moment I saw her face for the first time. She is beautiful.

"You are very beautiful." I accidently said it out loud.
