Gear up

'The girl and I tried to get to know each other and eventually fell in love with each other. And live together in this mysterious world happily ever after.'

'Notice anything strange? It's too perfect that it could never happen to me. Like hell those romantic and innocence fantasies ever happen to me. After all, I could no longer achieve those fantasies after what I had done.'

'They could only exist in a dream. Now wake up, future me.'

"I have to wake up."

I found myself lying at the middle of a room I've never seen. And of course, I am alone here. I can feel a weird sensation behind my head. When I reach for it, I noticed it moves.

"What the heck. What is this thing."

I grabbed it and found a weird and horrifying bug like creature. It is pitch black. Almost as is there is a hole in the reality itself. When I tried to look it closer, it jumped out of my hand and ran toward the elevator.

"Hey, where do you think you are going"

I tired to catch it but as soon as it reached the elevator and left he room, it vanished into the dust.

"So it cannot leave the room. It is probably the one that made me dream that weird dream. There's no way I will dream that kind of dream normally."

I blamed it for the dream I had and continue investigating the room.

The room is full of lab coats and other weird machines that seems to be cleaner or some sort of similar things. There is also another door beyond the room. I tried to open the door with my card but it keeps showing access denied. It also ask for the passcode but there is no number pad to type it. I assumed that place it the lab since I was here last time I am awake.

"Sigh, so there is no use coming other than that bug huh. I just passed out and have a weird dream and then the bug. I dreamed about seeing her face but I can't seems to remember it not even what any of her body parts looks like."

"But more importantly, when I passed out last time, it took more than a year. I hope it didn't take that long this time. But Eirin said we even went to another world during that time though. I didn't get to ask her clearly last time because her brother interrupted. But I don't think I can talk to her after I shot her family. I will just her that so called goddess nest time. Gosh, i could I forget such an important thing."

I left the room mumbling myself and enter the elevator.

"There is still an armory that I haven't visited yet. I will just go there for now. After all, there will be enemies or monsters in one of those worlds. I will eventually have to fight them. And the people of that world will call me a hero."

"Well that was dumb, but fun though imagining those scenarios."

The elevator door opened and I reached the armory. The room is so big that it is more like a huge hall or a storage. It sure is an armory. When I looked around, I found many different kinds of weapons mostly guns that I lost count.

"Wow so many guns. I wonder which one should I pick."

I tried to pick up some of them but they are mostly too heavy for me. There are some guns I could pick up but they don't seems to interest me that much.

"I don't think I can carry them around with me. They are either heavy or small. I really do like big guns, sigh."

'Maybe I could use the card to take them out whenever I want. Yes, let's do it. But all tgree slots are full. Whatever, I'll just put them in the place of the camera.'

I use the card can replace the camera slot with one of the guns. I thought I couldn't use the camera anymore but one copy of it just appeared beside me.

"So I could use them even without the card. I'm so stupid. This thing is over powered. I could make many copies of anything I want with this card then."

While thinking about the card, I got an idea.

"Wait, I knew it. Instead of using the slot for gun, I will add the explosives. That will be more useful than gun if I have abundunt of it."

I went around and search for grenades and explosives. At the one cornor, I found many different kind of them. There is also a tablet that have their description and usages.

"Which one should I choose though. The most grenades are troublesome to use and take quite some time with fuse. Should I just go with impact?."

While choosing which explosive to choose, a certain group of explosives caught my attention.

"Wait, this time bomb. It also have a detonator with it. This is perfect. But there are still many diferent kinds thought. On wait, this one can also stick to wall. The explosion radius is also just around 5 to 10 metre. I am choosing you to be my weapon."

I chose the explosive that seems to have most utility and registered it to the card instead of the camera.

"This camera is still useful. I still want to bring with me. Oh wait I could bring the items without registering to card. I will just wear the mask and replace it with camera. But I still might need a back pack."

I also took the backpack which is not too big but lookc cool with me from the armory and left the armory. I thought about using some armor but decided not to use since they just weight me down.

Inside the elevator,

"I am feeling kinda tired even though I just sleep. I will try finding a room in the dorms. Since I am commander, my room must be in the top floor and a big one."

I went to the top floor of the dorms but I could unlock the door.

"Seriously? I am using a commander card and still no access?"

I also searched some more rooms thoughout the other floors but I couldn't open any of them. But at the second lowest floor, the is finally a room that I can unlock. The room is dark and just looking at it make me feel uncomfortable. But it feels so familier.

"Since it is the only one opened, this has to be my room."

I turned on the lights and went inside the room.
