A year passed in the blink of an eye.
The storyline unfolded just as it originally did, without any major changes caused by Cado's presence.
Even though Goku didn't die this time, he still went to train with King Kai. Krillin, after leaving that day, gathered Tien, Yamcha, and the others to train at Kami's Lookout.
The most unexpected event? Gohan ran away from home and sought out Piccolo, asking him to be his master. He had willingly become Piccolo's disciple.
When Cado learned of this, he couldn't help but sigh. "Some things are just meant to be. No matter how the wheel of fate turns, it always follows its destined path."
The only real change? Bulma.
Originally, she was supposed to be Yamcha's love interest, only to later end up with Vegeta and start a family together.
But thanks to Cado's intervention, that storyline was completely derailed.
Ever since Cado moved into Bulma's house, he had barely left. Bulma, in turn, developed strong feelings for him.
In his past life, Cado had been single for over twenty years. He had tried to resist, really. But in the end, he just couldn't hold back.
A single man and a single woman, living together for so long—it was only a matter of time before sparks turned into flames.
"Bulma, it's time. Those two Saiyans have arrived." Cado spoke in a calm tone.
He could clearly sense two powerful energy signatures suddenly appearing on Earth—far stronger than Raditz had been.
There was no doubt about it. Vegeta and Nappa were here.
"Be careful, okay?" Bulma looked at Cado worriedly as he got up to leave.
Cado smiled, gently ruffling her hair. "Don't worry. I'll be fine."
With that, he vanished into thin air.
Over the past year, Cado hadn't trained at all.
He had realized something astonishing—his power continued to grow steadily on its own, even without any training or fighting.
After a year, his battle power had increased by around 10,000.
That was the advantage of having the legendary Super Saiyan bloodline. Even without effort, his strength grew at an insane rate.
It was no wonder that, in the original story, despite all of Goku and Vegeta's struggles, Broly still completely outclassed them the moment he appeared.

At that moment, two round Saiyan pods crashed onto Earth.
Vegeta and Nappa stepped out, taking in their surroundings.
Seeing the Earthlings gathering out of curiosity, Nappa sneered. "Hah! These weaklings are pathetic."
Raising a single finger, he unleashed a blast of energy.
BOOM!
A massive explosion erupted, instantly reducing a thriving city to ruins. What was once a bustling metropolis had become a barren wasteland.
"Hey! We're supposed to sell this planet. If you keep destroying it, who's going to buy it?" Vegeta scolded coldly.
Nappa immediately looked nervous. "Ah—my bad! I got too excited. I'll be more careful next time."
Vegeta scoffed. "Forget it. Our priority is to find the one who killed Raditz."
"Got it! I'll start searching now!"
Nappa pressed a button on his scouter, scanning for high power levels.
"Prince Vegeta! I found some strong energy signatures!" Nappa pointed in a direction. "Their power levels are over 1,000. It must be them!"
Vegeta frowned. "Only 1,000?"
That didn't make sense. How could someone with just 1,000 power have defeated Raditz? Were they joking?
"Whatever. Whether it's them or not, let's go have some fun."
With that, the two Saiyans shot into the sky, vanishing toward their targets.

On Earth, the Z Fighters had already sensed the incoming danger.
On a wide-open plain surrounded by mountains—Piccolo and Gohan's training ground—Krillin was also present.
The three of them immediately felt the two overwhelming energy signatures heading straight for them.
Their hearts pounded with tension.
WHOOSH!
Before they could even process it, Vegeta and Nappa had already arrived, floating above them.
"This must be them." Nappa kept pressing buttons on his scouter to confirm.
Piccolo's eyes narrowed in shock. "Saiyans!"
The armor, the scouters, the tails wrapped around their waists—there was no doubt about it.
"Their energy… it's just like Cado said. These two are incredibly strong!" Krillin's voice trembled as sweat dripped down his bald head.
Gohan, overwhelmed by their sheer presence, could barely speak. "Th-this… these are the enemies we have to fight?"
Vegeta and Nappa slowly descended to the ground, stepping toward them.
Piccolo, Krillin, and Gohan immediately assumed battle stances, ready for a fight.
Vegeta glanced at Piccolo. "Huh? Is that a Namekian?"
Nappa nodded. "Yeah, definitely a Namekian. I heard they have some special abilities. Wonder if it's true."
Hearing this, Piccolo froze.
He had always thought of himself as just a strange-looking Earthling. But now, he was learning the truth—he wasn't human at all.
Krillin looked at him, stunned. "Piccolo, you're an alien?!"
Gohan also stared at his mentor in surprise.
Nappa, growing impatient, cracked his knuckles. "Enough talking. Where's the guy who killed Raditz? Tell him to come out so we can kill you all together!"
Piccolo snapped out of his daze, a smirk forming on his lips.
"Thanks for the info. Now I finally know who I am."
"But as for taking you two down? I don't need anyone else. I alone am more than enough!"
Vegeta crossed his arms, looking unimpressed. "Fine. We were going to wipe out this planet anyway. Might as well warm up first."
At his command, Nappa reached into a pouch and pulled out several seeds, tossing them onto the ground.
Then, he dripped a few drops of liquid onto them.
The earth trembled.
From the dirt, six grotesque, green-skinned monsters clawed their way out.
"Meet the Saibamen. They'll be your playmates before you die." Nappa grinned wickedly.
