Some spells don’t need magic. Just the wrong girl, at the wrong time.
Lena didn’t come to make friends. She came to disappear.
A fresh start, a new school, where no one knows her name—until she meets Umire.
Umire is perfect. Distant. Beautiful. Worshipped from afar. And yet, she notices Lena. Sees her. Wants her.
At first, it feels like a dream—Umire’s kindness and magnetic presence pulling Lena closer. But behind the porcelain smile, something darker stirs.
An emptiness, hungry and consuming, clings to Umire threatening to swallow Lena whole. And maybe… Lena doesn’t want to escape it…If waking up means being alone again…does she even want to?
Because being loved by Umire feels like drowning in a comforting lie too beautiful to question.
Two broken girls, one impossible bond. A love that might save them—or ruin them completely.
How far can it stretch before it snaps?
How far can a broken girl run before she loses herself to someone even more lost?

I might be biased since I’m the author, but The Me That Loves You is a story really close to my heart. It explores complicated emotions, obsession, and the blurred lines between friendship and something deeper, all through the eyes of two very different girls. I’m still finding my voice as a writer, but I’ve put a lot of thought into building the tension and slow unraveling of the characters’ relationship. If you like psychological drama, emotional intensity, and a bit of mystery, I hope you’ll give it a chance. Feedback is always appreciated as I grow and improve!
Excited to see where this story goes! I absolutely love the mysterious vibe surrounding Umire. Their relationship is so dreamy yet creepy, and it perfectly toes the line between friendship, romance, and something much darker. Can't wait to see more!
