Oh, look, another one and another and another one.

It kept me up all night to see all the hate people were spewing. People who didn’t even know me, didn’t know a damn thing about the person I was or what I had suffered. Surviving the same cruelty from the same person they have marked as a martyr. It didn’t matter to them. In their eyes and by Christine’s tear-jerking performance, people from all parts of the country and from across the globe expressed their hate in kind.

I sat slumped on the couch, the dim glow of the screen hurting my eyes from all the long hours of staring into it. My fingers fumbled at the open bag of chips, stuffing the crispy slices into my mouth with a mindless urgency. I shouldn’t be eating them, I knew that.
