Chapter 21: Seimei Vs. Elite Aquatrex
Seimei's hands blurred as he performed the hand seals in less than half a second, crouched down, and slapped his right hand to the ground.
Earth Release: Tearing Earth-Turning Palm
Although it was a C-rank Ninjutsu that only required 80 units of chakra at most, Seimei didn't hesitate and decisively pumped 600 units of chakra into it.
And the result was catastrophic.
The ground within a 60-meter radius started to shake violently, causing many Aquatrex in front of Seimei to lose balance.

The other three who were knocked out suffered from blunt damage of various degrees, from bone fractures to internal bleeding.
All of these events occurred in the span of a little more than 1 second.
However, Seimei didn't have time to enjoy the scene as Tenseigan's 360° vision captured a powerful enemy quickly reaching his location.
He immediately felt goosebumps. The imminent danger sent chills down his spine and caused his hair to stand on end.
He activated the Body Flicker Technique instinctively and quickly got out of the way.
Just a fraction of a second later, a huge 2.4-meter-tall Chakra Beast appeared in Seimei's previous location and smashed its chakra-infused claws into the ground.

The ground was torn apart, and pieces of earth and rock flew around.

Its anger shot through the roof as its eyes turned red with a maddening glint.
It stood up, collected a large amount of water chakra in its mouth, and unleashed a super-charged Water Jet at Seimei.
The jet of water started enlarging as it traveled further. The skill's power and speed were enough to match the most powerful B-rank Water Release Ninjutsu.
