she was going out of the room when she heard.
“Lalith! come here.” he roared. turning around she saw the man with eyes red in brim holding the gun on another girl who was standing near his chair.
“ Why ? you know I can’t tolerate betrayal. this is my limit and you told me we can’t betray each other in relationship but now it’s over!”
she said while holding back her tears and again turned to go out.
“If you think I betray you, why don’t you come and took my life with your hands as well as Hers” he said smirking.
Lalith stopped and shouted with all her might,” you fuc***g bastard, you cheated on me yet being so righteous.” 

Listening her wail he pulled the trigger and the bullet made a hole on that girls shoulder with a loud sound.

Lalith who was still standing on the same spot looked at the back of Rosella being disappeared. With Rosella everyone else went out of the room following her. When Lalith felt a hand on her shoulder and turning her head she found Shether with a confused expression.

"Which one of your family can file the complain, Lalith?" Shether asked while scratching her head. She knew all about Lalith so how on earth Lalith's family can side her, she thought.

Lalith who was still thinking about the changed plan also looked ahead in confusion. No one in her family contacted her for years so how?

"Well I …." Lalith wanted to reply that she was also in dark when her phone rang with call of an unknown number.

"You forgot your husband that fast?" Zydus low voice sounded from the phone, making her nervous.

"No, I was just busy in the meeting." Lalith tried to explain; "Moreover your number was not saved. So I was just…" her voice trailed at end of the sentence.

"Hmmm." He hummed in response; "save

It now." Even his gentle voice sounded authoritative.

"Yes,yes sure ." Lalith said hurriedly not wanting to make him misunderstand. She was listening him and the voice of paper being signed also coming with his voice.

"Ok then do your work." Not hearing any other sound from him she said to him.

"I hope you are fine and understand that I would never let you face any hardship and problems alone." His slow and sturdy voice rang in her ears, and his words made her ears and cheeks blushed.

Shether who still there along side Lalith shocked to the core after seeing her expression while talking on the phone. She found it hard to believe that a hard lady like Lalith can have this day too.

"Okay." Lalith replied before disconnecting the call with blushed face. She was smiling shyly.

"Lalith?" Shether's voice rang behind her, taking her back.

"Yeeeesss ! Yes? Shether." Lalith replied as if she was caught doing something bad and looked at Shether, who had question after question ready for her.

"Wait! Wait. Before you ask something, I want to tell you that I will let you know everything. But not now. There is something urgent I want to do." Lalith said before walking out of the room. Shether looked at the back of Lalith and shook her head before walking out too.

Making her way to the elevator Lalith pressed the button to the parking and reached there in few minutes.

Jacob was waiting for her with his assistant in his car and seeing that she came down, he got out of the car.

"Is he back?" Lalith asked after nodding.

"No. It was provided by Morgan group's secretary." Jacob replied to her but he was also unaware of having any connections with the Morgan group.

Lalith expressions remained same but heart felt an strange emotion . Zydus's call and his statement rang in her ears, making her understand the situation. "Okay"

Lalith nodded then turned to leave when Jacob's voice sounded.

"Miss, what should we do to express our thanks to the Morgan Groups." He asked.

Lalith stopped before turning; " I will handle this. I will be returning to organisation in fifteen days, so don't let them know. For now don't target Morgan's." She ordered and took the elevator to her newly appointed office.

Walking out of the elevator she saw Shether waiting for her outside of the new office. Hearing the ding of elevator she also looked towards elevator.

"Finally, I am literally dying babe." Shether exhaled and walked to her before talking Lalith's hand and pulling her to the door of new office.

"Tell me, tell me." Shether was too curious to wait for her.

"Okay, okay. At least let me enter my new office." Lalith patted her hand that was on her elbow and went inside the room.
