"Sigh."
Hearing the war cries from outside the city walls, Kaiser's blue eyes opened lazily.
"Really! Children these days are dangerously willful. How can they enthusiastically face such a disadvantageous situation with confidence?"
Was it hope?
"Hope, huh?"
He muttered as he slowly stretched his body. It really was a nice concept but he wasn't willing to waste his brain cells thinking about it.
"I guess I can really go all out today, eh?"
Smirking, he stepped through the shadows and appeared on the last floor of the castle.
The place was dark and frightening, carrying a heavy and foreboding atmosphere. The scent was damp and nauseating— like an abandoned wet mop.
'Why that description of all things...?'
Looking deeper into the poorly lit chamber, he spotted it.
His prey.
Or perhaps...
His predator.
'Who knows?'
