Chapter 40 The truth

Rosalyn knows this is the chance to prove her innocence. After this, no matter what is going to do no one is going to hear her. If she fails now, she would be a failure forever.

Reporters keep on bombarding her with questions. She let out a loud breath. The cloud which was setting on her brain due to rising anxiety is diminishing.

She looked around the room. Multiple people are staring at her waiting for her to break. She subconsciously tried to find Caleb but he was nowhere to be seen. Her heart has started to find solace in his presence.

She can do this. She has survived the worst. She kept on repeating this mantra in her mind.

Just as she was about to talk, the door burst open.

Every person in the room turned to see who just entered. Rosalyn also fell silent. This person looks familiar. The recognition fell on Rosalyn. This is the same worker who escaped her before. How did he get over here?
