IRENE'S POV
The first morning of training dawned crisp and clear. I stood on the training field, watching as my team gathered, their faces showing confusion and skepticism. They were clearly unsure about the changes I had made. It didn’t surprise me—they were used to doing things a certain way. It was only natural that they’d resist something new.
I had reassigned each warrior’s role, moving them into areas where I believed their potential would shine. Daniel, for instance, was no longer in endurance training but was now focusing on sprinting and agility.
Elara, instead of training for long-distance races, was honing her explosive speed for the sprinting events. And Kieran, who had been focusing on lifting, was now preparing for one-on-one combat.
As I explained the new plan to them, I could feel their unease. Kieran was the first to speak up.
