Felix Harland is a rabbit shifter from a too-big family. Without any means to support himself through medical school, he has been learning how to heal using the library. The problem with that? Felix doesn't have a license to heal anybody. 
Yet, his dream is to heal people, so he goes on an adventure that will see him find miracle cures and delve into something he did as a side hustle: alchemy and rune crafting. 
And, if he finds the enigmatic cat shifter Edward along the way, who will earn him more than one patient, that was fate. 

The Hedge Healer

Edward and Andrew had taken on another water goddess quest. Edward was pretty sure he could handle it by himself, but he still decided to take Andrew along. The quest was paying per person, and so, Edward wouldn't have to share his winnings with Andrew, anyway. 


"So, you have a soulmate?" Andrew broke the silence, as Edward continued ever forward. "He is a nice healer. You must be proud to be with him?" 


"More than proud. Felix is a golden soul," Edward murmured, his demeanor softening, when he heard the old bounty hunter praising Felix. 


More people should see that Felix was more than a simple bunny. Just like many people had been forced to see that Edward was more than just a cat. Well, maybe not in the same way. Edward didn't imagine Felix condoning such a dark reputation. 


"And what is the Bloody Claw doing these days?" Edward's old nickname made him tense. He had not expected for Andrew to know who he was.
