Chapter 59: Crossbow wedding

"Who is the bride?" The priest asked, as he eyed the two men before him. One of them barely looked legal enough to get married. Yet, he had seen the man's ID, and wasn't going to ask for his parents, since he knew that it wasn't fake.

"He is," Edward said, nodding at Felix. He heard a chuckle from the side of the bride, and then looked over to see lord Fargo with his hand over his mouth.

"Yeah, I am," Felix's posture slumped, when he heard another chuckle from lord Fargo.

"Right, we are gathered here today, to witness," Felix tuned out the priest right then and there. He knew this part. Bunny communities were a close-knit bunch, and he knew what the priests said at a wedding.

Yet, this time, he was not sitting in the pews, looking bored out of his mind. He noticed that his palms began to sweat. Edward was standing next to him with his head held high, and Felix didn't even know what he was going to do when the night came.
