A-5-ET-34 : BLUDINI "THE BLUDEVIL"
One fateful day the P-C-I-I-B.A.E (PYRO-CRYO-INDOMITABLE-INVISIBILITTY-B.A.E) (catastrophy) ∆ψX (Delta-Psi-X) pill (read the origins of the ∆ψX (Delta-Psi-X) to understand )crash landed on earth. This pill contained immense and unseen chaotic powers. It was then discovered by a sinster,secret government organization based in Chile know as INANNA
INANNA was notorious for kidnapping ( Preferably) women and children, subjects they believe will yeild the best result for their experiments. Some are used as test subjects,experimenting with various drugs,mutation(genetic manipulation)to create superhuman weapons for assassination missions, recovering information,etc. Others were used for their reproductive organs and we're disposed off ( or worst ). Most of these test subject never see the light of day again.
One day a married woman on vacation in Europe was abducted by the organization and taken to their hidden facility in Chile. They made her ingest the P-C-I-I-B.A.E catastrophe ∆ψX (Delta-Psi-X) pill. But to their frustration, no immediate effects were observed. After rigorous scanning,they discovered she was pregnant ( meaning the power is in the baby ). The organization struck a deal : they would spare her husband if she agree to return the child when it turned seven. She reluctantly agreed and was released.
Seven years later the organization returned for the boy named Blu. They took him from his parents and little siblings, declaring him their property.Tests on Blu revealed something extraordinary: his abilities were beyond their wildest expectations,there where so many possibilities. However,they came with some complications.
To ensure his obedience,the organization subjected Blu to intense hypnotic conditioning, transforming him into a living weapon. But before fully succumbing, Blu remembered his mom's final words to him : "DON'T BE A MONSTER". This sparkled a fierce internal battle, allowing him to create a mental forcefield that blocked part of the hypnotic commands. However this mental defense came at a cost-Blu suffered from psychological damage leading to a fragmented psyche, his mind was splintered into two personalities to cope with the hypnotic commands :
1. THE MASKED SELF: This personality emerges when Blu wears his BluDevil mask or glasses ( any mask or shit that covers his face). It is brutal, intimidating and heartless ( no remorse ) fighter that fights with vicious intensity . This is the side that embodies the killer INANNA wanted to create but with a twist - Blu channels his violent tendencies through this personality allowing him to unleash controlled aggression while maintaining a strict self-imposed rule never to kill.
NOTE: People would think that this personality is the hypnotic command personality but it's actually his true self,he trained his mind his actual self to be brutal,so that his hypnotic command personality ( unmasked self ) doesn't have to be the one doing the violence. This way he is able to control the violentness cuz if it was the other personality it would be total chaos. So in a twisted sense this personality is actually a suppressor to keep the unmasked self in check.
2. THE UNMASKED SELF : Without the mask, the hypnotic-command self appears to be nicer,more curious, eccentric, cheerful and friendly. This personality is highly manipulative and dangerous, hiding it's lethal potential behind a facade of niceness.In a fight this personality tries it's absolute best to avoid fighting violently ( showing more restraint) and will only knockout opponent and causing not so serious injuries.
Note: Blu intentionally structured his mind this way, knowing that this personality,if fully released could cause catastrophic harm ( this isn't an exaggeration). By keeping the unmasked self " in check "Blu ensures that he can control the darker aspects of his mind,using his split personality to maintain a delicate balance.
Whenever he fought for long without his mask there would be an "internal debate" to stop his unmasked self from going all out, no restraint. This internal struggle took a toll on Blu's sanity, leading to episodes of madness where two personalities battled for dominance. The psychological damage was severe but it also gave him some twisted clarity.
In order to master his powers the organization sent " volunteers " and run some test to know the true extent of his powers and how to properly use it. After months of testing without any of the "volunteers" dead but instead disfigured, Amputated,Comatose,etc.Blu learnt how to master his powers, figuring out just how much force ( or amount ) was needed to break bones,cause internal injuries or inflict long-term damage and even detaching limbs but without actually killing anybody. This refusal to kill infuriated his superiors,who tried repeatedly to reprogram ( hypnotize) him, but they failed each time due to Blu's mental forcefield.
At the age of 12,Blu, along with four other kids, managed to escape the facility. But freedom was short-lived;they were betrayed by one of their own.INANNA caught them; deciding all of them were useless, killing the three other kids. Blu, shocked and betrayed,was shot by the traitor and fell off a cliff into the sea.
Miraculously, he survived and was rescued by a young couple who found him washed ashore. They nursed his wounds,which healed at an unnatural pace. After recovering, Blu set off on a journey, around the world,where he spent the next year and a half collecting blackmail material on some of the worlds most powerful and corrupt individuals including agency heads,mob bosses,wicked CEOs, governor, gangsters and later even THE SHADOWBROOD( a very powerful shady organization, enemies and rivals of N.E.X.U.S.FO.R.G.E) though this is the only one he doesn't always interfere in reason?,they keep things fun( you know being the bad guys and all). With this leverage, Blu reduced crime rates by 58% in various countries knowing that a complete eradication would destabilize society. This manipulation provided him with an endless supply of money (which he barely uses), as each of the 43 crime corporations,14 Politicians,Kingpins,Gang lords he blackemailed send him at least $7 million(actually,Gangsters and kingpins= $700,000, Politicians=$4million and Shadowbrood =$14million) every month.
Blu,now known as BLUDINI "the BluDevil" became a mythic figure in the underworld; something criminals would tell other criminals, as bed time story. Bludini reach extended even into prisons,where he maintained control through a network of loyal inmates,each marked with a Royal B7 burn, a symbol of their alligiance. In exchange for their service, BluDevil granted them whatever they desired-money for their families,reduced sentences or whatever.
The BluDevil methods were unorthodox- he would arrive at crime scenes with a boombox or mp3 player, popping out any random music , signaling his presence with music,then beating up criminals. When he gets really serious he let's out his chilling catchphrase " DO YOU WANNA KNOW A SECRET? " followed by a whisper, " I'M THE DEVIL'S 7TH COUSIN TWICE REMOVED ". as it meant they were in for a brutal, traumatic beating.
Note : THE BLUDEVIL never kills, though some of his victims might end up in the hospital comatose, traumatized, broken somethings or detached limbs. Some commit suicide but to Bludini " BEING THE REASON FOR SUICIDES DON'T COUNT AS KILLING ".
Despite his dark and menacing persona, The BluDevil has a soft spot for his toys. He stored all his blackmail evidence on a flashdrive hidden in his beloved toy/partner, Samson . One of his enemies unintentionally kidnapped Samson and realized The BluDevil was defenseless when you threatened his toy. After managing to get Samson back, he was forced to sacrifice Samson to save people, which devastated him. Samson died in a explosion.Later Blu found a new toy named Eric Winter , who now held his flash drive. In his fractured mind, Eric Winter even spoke to him a testament to Blu's deteriorating mental state.
During his journey,Blu crossed paths with another vigilante hero, QUEENSHOCK " THE VOLTAGE VIPER". Though initially using her for his own agenda,Blu found a rare sense of calm in her presence ( read Queenshock backstory to understand more ), even when unmasked. The two formed an unlikely friendship,with her being the first friend he made since escaping. During a mission Queenshock was hit by direct electricity ( read the QueenShock back story to understand ),Queenshock powers went haywire as she entered a subconscious state unleashing chaos and attacking anyone she could sense. She was able to move at incredible speed and unleash lightning so deadly from the sky; though she could sense presence( brainwaves and emotion),she was blind in this state. So using his mental forcefield, he was able to approach and knock her out, preventing further destruction. After a heartwarming goodbye,they parted ways.
Despite his mysterious reputation, The BluDevil was eventually discovered by N.E.X.U.S.F.O.R.G.E* ( READ THE BACKSTORY TO UNDERSTAND MORE_),a semi-secret government agency. They offered him a place in their elite group of teenage heroes,the "ULTIMATE DEFENDERS PROGRAM: A-5-ET-34 "
but The BluDevil declined. Frustrated,they sent various members of the Ultimate Defenders Program A-5-ET-34 to capture him : " BY FORCE OR BY FIRE "
The first to be sent was Scarvora"The FlyFlash"
( Read the backstory to understand ) a speedster with friction powers,but he was defeated by the BluDevil; whom figured out his weakness.
The second was A.E.R.I ( READ BACKSTORY TO UNDERSTAND ) a very advanced AI and combat robot designed with an action-reaction/counter system, capable of overpowering even the most formidable foes while also possessing immense strength and state of the art technological weapons,making it one of the most lethal tools in N.E.X.U.S.F.O.R.G.E.A weapon capable of countering every member of the Ultimate Defenders Program A-5-ET-34. Bludini didn't defeat A.E.R.I,but was successfully able to stall enough to escape.
The third, the leader of the Ultimate Defenders Program:A-5-ET-34, Purple. They met purely by coincidence during a mission. Though the leader didn't have powers he had a weapon capable of showing him exactly what was gonna happen to him in the next three seconds ( for further details read his backstory to understand ) and despite that he was also a good fighter. It was a tough battle but The BluDevil discovered a weakness and managed to deal significant damage to Purple,though also receiving a few himself.Putting their differences aside they teamed up to take down a Villain. After that battleBludini, vanished,though without sparking Purple's interest.
The last they sent was Princess Sparkle the first A-5-ET-34 member,a person Bludini calls " the Butterfly Fairy" ( Due to her beautiful fairylike wings ). She is a very skilled and strong agent ( hero ) capable of rivaling ( possibly surpass) A.E.R.I. It was an intense life-threatening battle between Bludini "the BluDevil" and Princess Sparkle. Both sustained severe( supposed to be permanent but due to their healing ability; nah so permanent ) injuries:
Bludini's injuries: Four broken ribs,badly Scrapped shoulders,dislocated leg,battered body and a stab in the leg by his own ice weapon.
Princess Sparkle's injuries: Battered and completely broken nose,stabbed in the leg by an ice weapon,burnt wings,crushed ( cracked ) and broken left hand,a broken right arm,brutal kicks to the gut and nose,burnt back and foot and intense bleeding from the mouth due to her cracked jaw .
Bludini was able to get a ceiling to fall on top her, thinking he won he left the place after walking a long distance ( 15 min walk)he stopped to look at his bloody,completely battered reflection and then suddenly,thru the reflection; holding a big pole the persistent Princess sparkle wacks his head,breaking thru the glass into the store and knocking him unconscious or dead.
Bludini was taken to the N.E.X.U.S.F.O.R
G.E base. After 19 hours of unconsciousness, Bludini woke up almost healed from the fight with " That Persistent Butterfly Fair " he instinctly sought his mask knowing if he where to fight for too long without it, the hypnotic command will be force to take a visciously brutal initiative. While looking for his mask he was spotted and he found himself fighting elite NEXUSFORGE soldiers. Soon after defeating 82 soldiers ( no one suffered from permanent injuries) he managed to find his mask. After a really intense brutal fight and persuasion, he gave up and decided to join the agency, though his reasons were far from altruistic. Overtime,He slowly began to manipulate some of the agency workers turning them to his informants.
Before joining he asked : " THIS TEAM CONSIST OF A WANNABE FLASH ( Scarvora ), A WANNABE NINJA ( QueenShock), A WANNABE HERO ( A.E.R.I), A WANNABE KING ARTHUR (Purple) AND A WANNABE FAIRY PRINCESS. THEN WHAT DOES THAT MAKE ME ?*". Purple replied :" A WANNABE DEVIL". Bludini grins, removed his mask then said :" In that case if you can promise me a never ending supply of lollies ( Lollipop),then I'll join your team". And that's how The BluDevil joined the Ultimate Defenders Program A-5-ET-34 TEAM.

His dynamic with QueenShock is complex; when unmasked, he's submissive and childish around her, often calling her "mummy." Despite their equal age, they share a quirky sugar-mummy-boytoy relationship( she's super rich and loves pampering him ), often engaging in mischief and pranks together. When masked, Blu becomes eccentrically cold-hearted yet discreetly clingy towards QueenShock.
Another close figure in Blu's life is Nyxaria, "The Nightfall Executioner" ( read backstory to understand ). She serves as his shadow and right-hand, earning his trust to the point where she's the only one aware of his his" illegal inactivities" ( The evil corporations he controls). Nyxaria's loyalty stems from Blu's understanding of her desires, bloodlust, and satisfaction in killing. He even gifted her a choice, solidifying their bond.
Blu's powers are effortless, honed during his time in INANNA where he mastered Cryoclysm and Invisibility. Notably, it took him until he was eleven to discover he had other powers ( TI and I.I.F).
Blu values freedom above all, particularly his own. He believes in balance rather than peace and doesn't prioritize good or evil, focusing instead or others view of justice. "What truly matters is what you see as wrong and is upto the other person to decide whether to follow,oppose or not care and allow it" he says. His true ambition is world domination in his own Eccentric way.
