Due to the unstable DELTA-PSI-X pill he has the following powers and abilities :

1. Blue Aura Enhancement (B.A.E): An intense aura-based augmentation that dramatically amplifies the user's existing abilities and powers( mostly). The stronger the glow, the greater the boost—but the brighter the blue, the closer the user is to a catastrophic limit.If pushed too far, it triggers SDT ( Satan's Dirty Trick) – Downfall of the BluDevil: an unstoppable explosion on a continental scale (7000–15000km blast radius, 234–362 gigatons of TNT), sending shockwave across continents, annihilating the user and anything nearby. The climate effects would mimic or exceed a nuclear winter, extinction-level stuff. Tectonic plates might shift.

The aura's glow serves as a warning signal, detectable by advanced sensors and nuclear detectors once nearing critical. It can even cause seismic activity before detonations.

Note : what's funny is No one, not even Blu is aware of this yet ,and he's been using it ( though not always) not knowing anything.

2. Cryoclysm: A direct-touch-only ability. Blu generates icy steam-like particles from his limbs (arms, hands, fingers, legs, feet) near instantly—almost blink-speed. His touch can freeze with no known limit, and he feels no cold in those limbs. He can freeze through walls without affecting his side and can even freeze internal organs on contact.Cryoclysm Techniques:-

VenoChill: Nerve Lockdown:A pinpoint technique—by touching veins and nerves, Blu disrupts neural signals, inducing numbness, muscle paralysis, and vein constriction. Effects last minutes to hours.

- Death's-Chill:Temporarily halts vital functions by freezing the insides, mimicking death. Also preserves organs. Reversible by time or heat within 27 hours—beyond that, death is permanent.

- Flakeout Shot: A snowflake-like projectile flicked at the target's head. Long-range, must hit the head to disrupt neural activity, causing instant numbness or unconsciousness. Duration varies.

- Ultimate Vitrification B.A.E (Ultimate Move): Instantly freezes any object or being, no matter the size, into a tough, glass-like state. Preserves life force and can last for centuries. Reversal demands precise temperature control.

- Ice Surfing: Creates a thin but strong ice path to ride at 370–560 km/h. Trail melts after 50 seconds.

- IceAscent: Summons a sturdy ice platform that can launch Blu upwards or diagonally in a curved path. Can support any weight.

- Ice Dominion: Freezes the ground beneath Blu's feet while stationary, allowing him to manipulate terrain—freeze large areas ( with B.A.E can swiftly freeze a country in hours), create weapons, traps, smokescreens, spikes, or immobilize targets. If Blu moves, the connection breaks, and he must recreate it.

- Ice Sculpting: Forms complex ice structures—commonly a straight S-shaped sword when in a battle. He can also throw Cryoclysm-charged ice constructs that explode on impact, freezing the area and leaving jagged ice formations.

- Cryoclysm Requiem : Atomic freeze( completely freezes a being or an object molecules/atoms). Instantly turns a target into brittle ice down to the last atom, permanently frozen and easily shattered.

- Devil's Manipulation( Cryo hypnosis) :Lowers brain temperature to paralyze and manipulate the target's neural functions. Increases suggestibility, lowers consciousness, and locks them in a hyperthermic trance. High-risk—prolonged use can cause brain damage. Rarely used.

3. IMPERIAL IMPENETRUM FORCE (I.I.F);DEVIL'S PROTECTION :An impentrable, Immovable forcefield summoned consciously by Blu,that defies natural law. It is adaptive-some say sentient-reacting to Blu's intention and environment. It cannot be breached—not by magic, damage,LAW(cosmic), teleportation, wishes, or even ghosts. Once activated, it attaches to surfaces and remains fixed.

Attacks against it trigger adaptive responses:Magic blasts?, or attacks designed to penetrate? It ripples like rubber.Physical force? Effect- brick-solid.

It can't float, but expands and grow vertically and can also trap or encase opponents. The forcefield's reach is unknown, but it's only active while Blu is conscious and not struck in the head. Air flows in, but poisons and harmful sonic effects are blocked or dulled. It's eternal.Blu can also,Shield himself mid-fall, staying safe as long as he's in contact with it( right hand or leg and lefts hands or leg touching the forcefield),Smash through barriers by expanding, opening small holes forcefully,Form spherical forcefield around his hands when fighting against stronger opponents.

It Can't be moved or carried, strictly follows the what goes up must come down rule,can't be pushed away. Though the only chance of smacking it is when, it reaches 0 velocity in the air. The forcefield can only take the shape of a square,circle, rectangle,sphere,cylinder or cube.

- Mind Shielding (Mental Forcefield): On command, protects Blu from mind control, telepathy, hypnosis, and mind-based magic like "Band Eyes."( Eye-contact curses).

-Expansive Forcefield B.A.E. (Ultimate Move): This I.I.F version erupts from Blu's body, violently expanding outward( large area burst) . It forcefully and with incredible force, repel or destroy everything in its path, perfect for escaping traps or clearing space.

Weakness? If Blu's limbs or body are tightly restrained, the expansion fails.

Note : many speculate I.I.F isn't just a power- it behaves like a LAW.

4. INVISIBILITY: SNEAKY LITTLE DEVIL :Blu can render himself—or anything he touches—invisible using quantum-specialized cells that release microscopic bioluminescent particles. These particles form a dense, uniform layer around the target, bending light, heat, and even x-ray detection. The result? Absolute imperception.Even his shadow is invisible

It's not just sight. *You won't smell him, or find him on any scanner.* He's gone—like a ghost who pays rent in science.

- Planetary Invisibility B.A.E (Ultimate Move) : With time and control, Blu can *cloak skyscrapers, cities—even entire planets*.

Requires days to weeks for particles to encircle the Earth and atmosphere and fully mask everything.Once done, the planet becomes undetectable to all forms of perception. Literal cosmic-level "you can't see me."

5. GameChanger Kicks: A natural ability exclusive to Blu, GameChanger Kicks weaponize( by weponize I mean his legs are lethal) his legs through Brace/Densification mechanism ( read origins of the Delta-psi-x pill to understand), turning each strike into a seismic event—not through super strength, but through terrifying precision, speed, and durability. Kicks can dent tanks, crack bones, and shatter skulls.Pierces cement, metal, and human tissue with deadly accuracy.No Lifting, Just Hitting:He ain't lifting trucks with his legs—but he'll send one flying with a kick(B.A.E).A SuperStrength Counter,Can stagger or floor even strength-based opponents.High Jumps;Launches 15ft+ into the air.

-Bludini's BluKick B.A.E (Ultimate Move): Unleashes an enhanced dropkick so brutal it can shatter ribs or with B.A.E send superpowered foes flying ( shockwaves,dude).It's not just a move—it's a reputation.

Muscle Amplification;Reflex speed + striking velocity.Bone Density: Legs don't break, they break things( that is ,when the Brace/Densification is active). Pinpoint precision with devastating timing.

6. Thermogenesis Ignis (TI-particles): TI is Blu's unique, self-contained fire-forging ability—a power where his limbs( only hands,legs,feet,arms,fingers) generate purple flames by producing TI-particles, not by controlling fire but by creating it from scratch.

Fire grows deadlier by range.Base Temp is 584°C (1083°F)-Can surge to 3000°C and beyond, even reaching or surpassing solar-level heat (flames) with B.A.E.

His Limbs are naturally immune to heat or fire( can't even feel it),the rest of his body not so much. His body naturally produces fire/heat resistant gas/sweat that sticks to materials( fabric,etc),with this his clothes and hero attire becomes fire-proof-until washed.( the gas isn't wide spread,only enough to get on the things he wears,or rub on).

Unstable by nature, his purple flames always come larger and hotter than intended-always massive flames looks like a fiery explosion .

He can still get his face and body burnt, another reason why his mask and attire is important. Other ways he use this power( other than pyroprojections) :

- Flare Funerale: Ignis Exsequis Hymn: Blu spreads his hand and summons a massive, curved inferno—a wall of fire shaped like a semicircle, blasting forward in an overwhelming wave.

Both Heights and widthreach: for minimal damage 72ft or 107 ft,for collateral damage ranging from 400- 1760 ft- can even be hotter and wider with B.A.E.Covers vast zones, targets multiple enemies in one sweep.

From Blu's perspective it, looks like he's standing behind a burning tidal wave.

- Snipe Devil (Pyro Beam) :A precision laser-flame beam fired from a single finger.

Temperatures at 1000°C ( can go higher).Easily,Cuts(or melt)through Rocks,Metal,Flesh.

The farther it goes, the hotter and nastier it gets.

Pierces targets without collateral fire- just a clean-burning hole

- Ignis Delivery : Hands-on melting. His arms ignite in flames for flaming melee strikes.Punches pierce( melts at or before impact) steel, bone, concrete—whatever.No wide-area burns, just focused fiery damage.

SparksBurst impact ( used mostly on Durable,stronger foes): Lands a punch? Then BOOM—knocked back by a Flame-blast, post-punch.

- Pyro Thermal Induction Touch (PTIT): A touch of heat,Death by handshake.Just one touch—and he starts cooking your insides. Melts organs, brains, and tissues without burning the outside. Versatile heat : From giving mild fevers to exploding livers (full-on organ-splosion).

Victims don't look hurt... but inside, they're charcoal. Can also make wall explode or melt by touching.

- Suicide Bomber (TI-Air Detonation): Blu spreads heat (TI-particles) in the air—then detonates them ( chain reaction) with a hand signal. A sunburst-style explosion that turns the battlefield into a death sauna.

Causes a solar flare-esque blast—more fire than force( 100% flame and 47% force).

Self-Damage Risk: He's flameproof thanks to his mask and hero attire covered with his fireproofing secretions, but not immune to the shockwave (it hurts, just not too fatal).

Note: This one's less "strategy," more "last resort napalm ballet."

- Corona Incinerator B.A.E (Ultimate Move) :From Blu's fingertip( or tips) shoots a thread-thin, continuous flame beam. The moment it hits any solid or liquid, it detonates into a monstrous wave of fire, sweeping everything in its path.

Corona Heat;Temps soar up to 2 million°C( or even higher)—sun's corona-level incineration. Heat blasts through matter—no shelter, no survivors.Like a tsunami of pure flame, swallowing cities whole.The wave spreads rapidly and travels far.

Blu stays safe behind his I.I.F Forcefield—'cause even he can't tank this.

Result: This move could melt a country. Literally.

BluDevil - Hero Attire Description

BluDevil's suit is a sleek fusion of intimidation and mobility, designed for agility, fear, and presence.

Pants: Black, tight-fitting tactical trousers made from elastic, breathable material, cut off just above the calves for flexibility.

Boots: Blue knee-high combat boots, reinforced and stylized with white markings and bold red laces. Built for both silent movement and devastating kicks.

Belt: Black utility belt with a shiny chrome "7" buckle, symbolizing mystique and coded identity.

Shirt: A snug, black, short-sleeve compression shirt with a half-length turtleneck. The shirt is tucked in cleanly and detailed with sharp blue accents across the chest, shoulders, and back—like veins of raw power.

Arms: His forearms are wrapped in blue bandage wraps reaching to the elbows, echoing a brawler's heritage, similar to Triple H's style.

Mask (Cowl): A full-face, durable blue tactical mask, similar to Deathstroke's helmet—not soft, not flexible. Black outlines define slender, Spidey-like white eyes. No mouth or nose exposed—only sleek breathing vents lined in black. The standout feature: two long, curved blue-and-black demonic horns, rising from above the forehead like the devil's own signature.

Back Zipper: A hidden zip at the rear makes for easy removal, but once it's on... he's no longer just a man.

The black reflects his sadistic unmasked self. The Blue, his controlled chaos. Together, they mark the duality of Bludini: The Demom and the Mask
