Noland, raised on the piers of the Chemical Sea, looks up at the smog-choked city and citadel carved into the mountainside. A city surrounded by a desolate wasteland teeming with monsters. A miserable existence using magic to scavenge the chemical sea for a living.



But when an accident occurs, and a discovery is made, his life begins to change drastically.
