SNOW!!!

Mr Ellis ran over to catch his daughter who he was afraid might have overheard everything. Snow couldn't bring herself to look at her father even though she had stopped running.

Mr Ellis walked closer until he finally came in front of her, bent down and looked at her. His daughter was in tears and it broke him even though he knew why he pretended not to.

"What happened, Snow?? Did something hit you? Are you hurt somewhere?" He kept on asking series of questions until Snow hugged him.

"What's going on dad? Did I come in at the wrong timing?" Snow said with so much tears filled in her eyes which she tries to prevent them from falling out but to no avail.

"No..No...Sweetheart." Mr Ellis tries to wipe her tears. "You were never too earlier or later. You were here just at the right time. Come-on let's go sit." He persuaded her and then carried her to seat on the couch while he spoke to her.

"Look here, Snow, you and your mom would go relocate..." Her father didn't finish before he was interrupted by her. "What about you Daddy??" Snow asked him.

"I have some work to do here. You can come visit anytime you like." He assured her but little Snow was a very smart girl, she knew her father was gonna make up some excuse.

"Are you and mom getting divorced??" Snow threw another question but before he could answer her mother came there.

"Let's go Snow." Mrs Ella quickly came and took her daughter from the couch into her hands. "I don't wanna stay without dad, Mommy." Snow tried to protest while her mom dragged her away.

"You would be happier without him, sweetie." Her mother continued saying but Snow wasn't just listening.

Snow eventually left her mother's hand and ran over to hug her father. Mr Ellis ran so many tears from his eye sockets and held on tightly to his daughter.

Mrs Ella went over and gave Snow a slap on her cheeks. Snow was filled with anger with her mom and so was her father who reacted angrily.

"Enough, Ella. Don't you dare hit her that way!" Her father turned away from her and then faced Snow.

"Snow!! Snow!!" He kept on trying to call her attention pleading with the crying girl.

Snow slid into a dress and, tied her hair into a pony tail taking her car keys in her hands. She drove at a normal speed even though her mind was running wild right now.

After what seem like an hour drive she finally got to her location. it was written DAVISON LAW FIRM.

~DAVISON LAW FIRM- 9:40 AM

Snow walked into the office only to meet the receptionist on guard first. The lady greeted her with accord. "Good day, Miss, What can I do for you?" She spoke politely and then Snow gave her a reply.

"I'm here for Mr Davison." Snow told her, her eyes still scanning around the place. Sure, Do times change?

She remembered her time here and what a big difference now. It is now looking much more bigger than she could ever remember.

"Do you have an appointment?" The lady asked and Snow told her she didn't and the lady spoke once more. "I'm sorry, Miss, But you can't go in without an appointment."

Snow scoffed at the words of the lady. "I see. You're new here, right??" Snow queried the lady but she hesitated to give Snow an answer.

"Nevermind.." Snow declared before moving away from the front desk area to a side in the office. She pulled out her phone and then made a call.

"Hello. This is Snow Ellis, I'm at your office building, come get me." She didn't allow the other end respond before she ended the call.

She stood there for a while and then suddenly the elevator came to a halt opening and letting out a man.

He was a robust man with a huge height for a fact he is handsome.

He wore his glasses with pride and from the way he walked he seemed to be the Mr Davison.

"Sir!!" The secretary lady exclaimed when she saw him there. "Rose you are knew here. You see this lady over here." He pointed at Snow. "You don't keep her waiting. She is special to me." He said and the lady nodded and quickly apologized to Snow.

"You seem to still have your tongue coated every day." Snow told him when he walked towards her. "I wasn't expecting you." He smiled at her.

"Oh come on, Davison, Was there anytime I was expected here." Snow seemed to speak casual with him not minding the fact that he was over 40 years.

"Haven't changed even a little bit Snow." He shook his head in amusement of her words.

"Why should I? My system did but not my ways." Snow answered him.

"Grown up to be such a beautiful young lady." He told her and Snow only rolled her eyes.

"Oh please, give me a break." She walked away heading to the elevator he came out from while he chuckled.

They got to the elevator and he pressed the floor button for which they were heading to. He would frequently look at Snow and then laugh.

~CITY'S HOSPITAL- 10: 30am

The surgery was done successfully and Minnie had been shifted back to her ward to receive full rest and the remaining treatment.

When she finally laid awake, she met William by her side. She kept on opening and closing her eyes for a while until she managed to keep them awake.

"William." He held unto her hands while she said his name. She wanted to sit up straight but William had told her to stay put which she bluntly removed saying she was absolutely fine.

"You are being stubborn." He exclaimed as he helped her sit up straight.

"No you are the one being a baby. I said I am better. Just that..." William cut her sentence short. "What?? Just what!" He scoffed as he questioned her.

"Would you let me talk??" She spoke slowly as she was still feeling the stitching pains.

"Sorry, Sorry." He apologized as he didn't want to make her talk so much.

"I had no idea how painful a stitching was until now." She held unto her stomach trying to trace the thread line.

"Where is Violet?" She queried once more and then William told him where she had gone to. The doctor and nurse immediately came in.

"I can see she's awake." Doctor spoke as he moved closer to her.

"Yes, doctor." William answered. "Is she your wife?" Doctor shrugged asking William such question which made Minnie's eye widened.

"Wife..." Minnie whispered softly to herself. She wonders what would be William response and hope that it turns out good.

William smiled at her and then the doctor. "Yes she is my wife, Any problem?" He spoke with so much joy beaming as he coughed slightly.

"No not at all. She just need to release her gas from her stomach so could you help walk around with her." The doctor proclaimed and Minnie immediately stared at him when she heard that.

"No no.. You don't need to do that." Minnie tries to persuade William not to but he was just so stubborn to listen.

"Alright doctor. Thank you." William said to the doctor who turned around and started heading towards the door.

When the doctor was out of sight, Minnie immediately told William that she wasn't going anywhere with him. "So you won't go anywhere with me??" He tried to make her feel comfortable with it but she couldn't.

"You know what I mean by that." Minnie concluded turning her face to the other side.

While they were having that argument, he tried to carry her up from her bed but she wanted to also have the struggle with him and eventually the gas came out.

"I guess I am done here." William smiled but Minnie was flushed with embarrassment.

"It wasn't me." Minnie tried to defend herself.

"I know." William declared but she knew he didn't believe what she had said so she had to repeat it severally but his answers were the same.

Minnie laid on the bed and used the duvet to cover herself up. She sobs gently while William tries to console her.

How could he tell her that??
