For the last a thousand years, the races of werewolves, elves and humans have lived in hatred and avoidance of each other. But now the prestigious king of elves, Tolis Varno, is forced to venture into the treacherous world of humans and werewolves in search of a long lost blade that if smeared with his blood it would bear the power to protect his kingdom from an ancient evil that has been awakened by a coven of warlocks.



He is shocked to find that in the world of humans and werewolves there exists no honour, grace or wisdom. But it is in this world that King Tolis meets the young, wise and fierce princess Shella of Arwos.



Tolis is enchanted by this virtuous being as they set out on a quest across treacherous lands to find the mysterious blade. But will they survive the great evil that is about to conquer their kingdoms when everyone they love and trust turns out to be a traitor?
