Yet, as humanity reveled in its newfound strength, the true apocalypse had only just begun. Monsters from another realm swept the globe. Although humanity fought back using the powers granted by Mythos, a sudden, devastating plague changed everything—the strong grew weak, the weak perished, and the world teetered on the brink of annihilation.

Rylan Creed, one of the few resisters untouched by the plague, fell victim to a fatal flaw within his own talent, ultimately falling beneath the claws of the monsters.

But fate offered him a second chance. 

Awakening twenty years in the past—at the very moment the Mythos game launched—he carries an insane mission: leverage his future knowledge, overcome his past flaw, and, before all is lost, preemptively slay the ancient, world-ending Archfiend lurking in the game's earliest stages!
