Yet, as humanity reveled in its newfound strength, the true apocalypse had only just begun. Monsters from another realm swept the globe. Although humanity fought back using the powers granted by Mythos, a sudden, devastating plague changed everything—the strong grew weak, the weak perished, and the world teetered on the brink of annihilation.
