The Bloody Letter

She stared at the silent flowing of the rivers, beautiful colorful butterflies diving around the garden, together with the beautiful blossomed flower. It look so much breathtaking.

One thing she is very glad and pleased with is having this kind of fascinating spot in her yard.

When she felt burdened with all of her princess's duties or Love to be alone she will just come here and stare at the Serene view.

And surprisingly it always work everytime, it do give her inner peace.

A beautiful multicolored butterfly flew to her front, and to her suprise it stood right in front of her flapping its wings adorably.

Such beauty!

She stared at the view in front of her, a beautiful smile touching her lips.

She stretched her hand to it making it fly away , but it came back.

Resting its flapping wings on her stretched palm, settling gently on it.

A beautiful smile crossed her face, lightning her pretty face. It was such a wonderful view!

" Your highness", she heard jerking her out of her beautiful trance.

Too bad the beautiful butterfly flew away.

She smiled, pleased to see he made it .

" General, you came ? ", She said .

Truly she had thought he would not want to come but on the other hand she thought he won't want to defy her.

" Greetings princess", he mumbled calmly, his demeanor cold as usual.

Do this man ever smile?

" Greetings General, have your seat", she offered, seating gently on the other chair.

There was only Two chairs.

He sat down, adjusting his sword properly at his side .

Almost immediately, Nina came in with a tray .

On it was two cups and two apples. In the cup is a warm tea.

Without being told, Nina excused herself leaving them alone.

" You should have the tea ", she spoke politely picking up.jer own cup and sipped a bit from the tea.

He didn't budge, he is hesitating.

Seeing this, princess Sabrina picked up his own cup of tea and sipped from it.

Even though he didn't say a word or show a bit of emotion,she feels he should be at rest now

" The tea is safe, you can trust me ", she muttered flashing him a small smile.

" I didn't mean for you to do any of that", he stated picking up the cup and drank from the tea.

Princess Sabrina smiled, he us really a man of few words.

" Your action said it all"

He looked up to her and she smiled.

She is suprise on how she predicted that as well.

" Just say I could tell", she added, sipping again from the tea.

" You don't seem like someone who trusts easily, do you? , She said trying to make a proper conversation with him,but he seems not to want any of it

He just sat there, sipping his tea gently. The way he sat on his chair, and the way he sips his tea. It all feel familiar.

She noticed how he carries himself when walking as well, like that of a royalty.

Oh yes that, A royalty.

How odd a common royal General acts like a royal. It is really strange.

Even the way he talks, like a nobleman.

Or was he once a noble?

" You do know you behave like a noble, royal. Don't you?", She blurted out her mind.

This time maintaining eye contact with him, that pair of blue oceanic eyes may seem all so cold and emotionless but she felt mesmerized by its beauty.

She felt herself floating in his captivating eyes, he has such a beauty, just too much.

" What will a commoner like me know of royalty", he said breaking her out of her trance.

She blinked her eyes rapidly, trying to clear the surging emotions in her stomach.

She cleared her voice then spoke, " But you act like one, even the looks",

He dropped the cup noiselessly on the table, " You are mistaken princess "

She laughed," I know, just trying to make you talk",

" It is such an expensive joke ",

She sighed, " But I had to say something to make you speak to me. It seems you made up your mind not to say a word throughout ",

" I should know my place. You are the princess ",

" That doesn't mean I shouldn't or can not treat you to simple cup of tea ", she stated matter of factly

He emptied the content in the cup down his throat.

" I need to leave now princess. ", He said rising on his feet.

She flashed him a small smile and rose to her feet as well.

" Thank you for showing up . You should take the apple with you", she said .

Hesitatingly, he picked it up . He stared at it for some seconds before putting it into the keep in his cloth.

" Thank you princess", he said bowing his head respectfully.

" Hooe to see you around",she said with a smile.

He nodded simply and turned to leave.

Not taking nothing more than two steps, an arrow flew from nowhere flying across the Princess head.

This made her scream in horror and shock, earning his rapt attention.

There it was hooked to the wood above her head.

" Are you...", he hasn't completed his sentence when another one came towards them.

But he was very quick and swift to catch it, his instinct at work.

" Ahhhh ", princess Sabrina screamed in shock, her heart beating faster.

" There's an intruder,go after him", he ordered loudly, the chaos already attracted the nearby guards attention.

" Are you okay princess", he asked but she trembled instead of replying.

She is in shock.

Then his eye roamed to one of the arrow which had a piece of clothing attached to it.

Hastily he lossened it to check the content.

" What does it say ? ", The princess asked with trembling lips.

Watch your back Judrith, I have my eyes on her !

Written boldly in red, or wait? Is it blood?

It is really blood.

" Oh my ",the princess muttered in shock in reading it, and without warning a wave of dizziness slammed through her making her to lose her balance.

But he was quick in holding her from falling to the ground, there right in his arms she passed out.
