Prince Heixinggen from the Swabia branch of the Hohenzollern family sees the turmoil in Europe and the impending war, deciding it's better not to stay.
He embarks on land acquisition in East Africa, focusing on immigration and development, laying the foundation with agriculture, taking one step at a time, and leveraging the crisis to achieve industrialization.
This novel is one of the better ones in the genre of kingdom building. However this specific one also specializes in the history trope and is as the title implies focused on the European colonial era(in Africa). It has some racism or the sort, but this common. Generally it is ok and perhaps quite interesting if you like kingdom building/history and there is no doubt that this novel is in the upper quality level of this trope, but I don't think this is part of the top ladder. One of the top novels in this category would be "Holy Roman empire". However whoever or whatever translates this one is really unqualified. Even MTL from years ago knows that Heixingren is supposed to be Hechingen as in the family Hohenzollern-Hechingen and not what was posted here... However questionable low-quality translations which seemed to have been fabricated by the shittiest MTL there is, is nothing new in this place.
Only skimmed the first chapter , seems like a good read. Will post a review when i finish. Author you should add the transmigration tag. Or maybe time travel i am not sure which one exactly.
you are putting a paywall for a translation 🤔🤔
CCP propaganda in Germany with a heavy dose of Racism.
am i they only one that's going to point out the blatant racism and misinformation from laying about the state of africa(saying there not resources rich or not to saying there where uncivilized) to uderplaying the colonial era and saying European development africa and saved them. to concept of the story it's literally a white savior the story
