The Usual Author Review So, this is my first time writing sci-fi. I’ve always wanted to, and now, finally, I am! The synopsis should already give you a good idea of what to expect, so I won’t repeat that here. Now, what can you look forward to? 1. Intense battles, some of them bloody (but nothing too extreme or disturbing). 2. Crazy world-building, it might not be super noticeable in the early chapters, but it’ll definitely ramp up later on (hopefully!). 3. Relatable characters, I’ll do my best on that front. And lastly... SMUT! Yes, smut. The synopsis should’ve hinted at that already. I read a lot of Sidney Sheldon, and I love how he mixes mystery, action, and smut seamlessly, so I’m doing something similar with this. How heavy is the smut? Let’s just say it’s very heavy and very detailed. So... that’s that. Overall, I believe this story is a masterpiece in the making. Story seems really cool so far.. however one big complaint…. Wrong Synopsis author… His girlfriend gets kidnapped, not killed.. and I’m judging by the time he reunites with her, she’ll already be a concubine or something or turned into one of the imperium’s forces….
