They entered Sara's hospital room. The sight nearly crushed Xavier's heart —Sara was breathing slowly, so faintly... as if she could slip away to heaven at any moment.
"Just do it fast," Xavier whispered urgently to Nara, glancing at the window and then at the ticking wall clock."I told Clara to get us dinner, but she could come back any time. Do it before she returns!"
Nara nodded. She moved closer to Sara, resting her hand gently over Sara's chest. Then, she closed her eyes — and began chanting in a deep, ancient language — the language of Dragons.
The strange chant filled the room with a soft humming vibration. After chanting for two to three minutes, she stepped backward. Then, she raised her right hand up to her waist.Drops of her blood began to flow, twisting in the air, reshaping themselves before Xavier's stunned eyes. The blood reformed — taking the shape of a glowing sword.
Her marks, the ones etched along her neck, flared up — glowing in a burning red light.Within seconds, the blood fully solidified into a magnificent sword.
"Wait, wait, wait! I told you to cure her!" Xavier cried out, his voice rising in panic."What are you doing with that dangerous sword?! And— what— what the hell?! Your blood... it turned into a sword?!"
He could hardly believe the scene unfolding before him.
Nara looked at him calmly and smiled slightly."Don't worry. I'm not going to stab her. My power is this — I am this sword, and the sword is me."
Without hesitation, she stepped closer to Sara.In one swift movement, she stabbed the sword into Sara's chest.
"HEY!! You told me you wouldn't stab her!" Xavier yelled, about to rush forward —but before he could take another step, a thick black mist burst out from Sara's chest, hissing as it escaped through the open window.
Nara calmly pulled her sword back. Then she cut her own hand and let her blood drip gently onto Sara's chest.
Within a minute, the wound where she had stabbed began to heal — the skin regenerating perfectly, as if nothing had happened.
"I told you," Nara said, smiling slightly, "I wasn't stabbing her.I stabbed the curse left by the Shadow Knight inside her.Did you see that mist?"
Xavier stood frozen, speechless.
Nara wiped her bloodstained hand clean."I have to go. I can't let that Shadow Knight escape."She turned to Xavier, her expression serious once more."My lord, stay by her side. She will regain consciousness in a few minutes."
"But— where are you going?!" Xavier asked quickly.
"To the Shadow Realm," she said without turning back."They received the information that you are now twenty-one... and that soon, you will awaken your powers. But right now you are vulnerable — you have no sword yet, and the remaining six swords are still sealed. For now... I have to protect you."
"Remaining six swords...?" Xavier repeated, stunned.
Nara gave a small nod."Yes. Only I have awakened. The other seven swords are still sealed. And our Dragon Realm..." she paused, her voice turning grim,"...is now under the control of the Shadow Realm."
"This is so hard to believe..." Xavier said, running a hand through his hair."But... can I ask you something?"
"Anything, my lord," Nara said, her eyes warm.
"Is there any chance that the Shadow Knight you're chasing... could defeat you?"
For a moment, a playful smirk danced across Nara's lips."Yeah," she said lightly, "there's a chance."
Xavier's chest tightened."How much of a chance?"
She chuckled softly."One percent," she said —and with that, she turned and vanished into the night to hunt down the escaping Shadow Knight.

"Uncle... uncle..."Sara called out to him in a faint, trembling voice.
Xavier rushed to her side, overwhelmed with shock and happiness."Are you okay? How are you feeling?" he asked, his voice shaking with emotion.
"I... I want to go home," Sara whispered weakly.
Xavier smiled softly, brushing her hair back from her forehead."Yeah. We're leaving tomorrow. Don't worry. Everything's going to be fine."
Turning toward the door, Xavier called out, "Clara! Clara!"
Clara came rushing into the room, her face lit up with a huge, relieved smile."Oh my God! She's awake! See? I told you the doctors would do something!"She leaned in, squeezing Sara's hand with joy.
"Let's go back to the hotel first," Clara said, glancing toward Xavier."All the other kids are frightened too. We need to ease them."
Xavier nodded."Yeah. Take Sara to the hotel. I'll join you in a few hours."
Clara frowned, sensing something strange."Where are you going again?"
"I'll tell you later," Xavier said quickly, already turning toward the corridor.
He ignored the path toward the hotel.Something strange was tugging at his senses — a weird energy in the air.Following his instincts, he made his way outside the hospital.
As soon as he stepped into the dim, cold courtyard, he saw him.
A figure.Someone standing at the far corner — tall, unmoving, radiating a dark and heavy energy.Xavier took a step forward, trying to see his face — but in a blink, the figure disappeared.
Xavier turned sharply, his heart pounding.
"My lord... we meet again, after so long,"a voice said softly behind him.
Xavier whirled around. There stood a man — long white hair flowing past his shoulders, a pair of old-fashioned spectacles perched on his nose. His aura was calm but powerful, ancient.
"Ahhh! You scared me!" Xavier exclaimed, stepping back instinctively."How the hell did you get behind me? You were just standing in front! And— who even are you?! And why is your hair so long?!"
He blurted out all his questions at once — the classic blood of his chaotic grandfather running through his veins.
The man smiled kindly."I am the Priest of the Dragon Realm. You are the one who, centuries ago, commanded me to seal the seven swords —and also... instructed me to return to you when your powers awakened."
Before Xavier could say anything more —a loud crash echoed through the courtyard.
It sounded like something — no, someone — had just fallen from a great height.
