The PV (promotional video) for Honkai Impact 3rd wasn't long—just a brief ten seconds.

But those few seconds were enough to shock everyone in the room.

The smooth animation, the realistic effects, the pre-war tension, and Kiana's reckless personality—it was all captured vividly.

Himeko exclaimed in disbelief, "That's really Kiana? I could've sworn she was just jumping off a green screen when we filmed that!"

"Hey!"

Kiana quickly cut her off, "Don't ruin everyone's fantasy!"

"Ah, sorry, sorry," Himeko said, though her eyes stayed locked on the screen. "It's really hard to believe—it came out this amazing."

Kiana nodded. "Right? At first, I thought the armor looked a little too sexy. But now? Damn, it's so cool!"

Even Elysia paused her head-patting of Theresa and smiled brightly.

"As expected of my husband~ The PV came out wonderfully."

At the Flamechaser Star Entertainment Company, Hugo sat back with a satisfied look as he rewatched the uploaded PV.

"As expected of you, Mobius! You nailed exactly what I imagined."

Mobius walked over with two coffees, handing one to him.

Leaning against the desk, she took a sip and said calmly, "It wasn't just me."

Hugo chuckled. "Of course not. I played a pretty big part too."

Mobius rolled her eyes. "I wasn't talking about you. Kevin and Vill-V helped me out."

"Kevin? Vill-V?" Hugo blinked. "They're here too?"

Mobius clarified, "Not with our company. We don't have the budget to support that many people."

But Hugo hadn't been asking whether they were employed—he was surprised they even existed in this world.

Then again, it made sense. If Elysia and Mobius were here, the others wouldn't be far behind.

Mobius suddenly shifted topics.

"Are you sure releasing the PV will really bring in investors?"

"Absolutely."

Hugo was confident.

Right now, the market was flooded with nothing but cheesy cultivation romances, awkward forbidden love plots, and generic Mary Sues...

There wasn't a single solid action series out there.

Any investor with half a brain would see the PV and recognize the potential.

The office phone rang.

Mobius glanced at Hugo and pressed speaker.

"Hello, this is Flamechaser Star Entertainment."

"Good afternoon."

A soft, elegant voice came through the line. "I just saw your company's new drama PV and wanted to ask about it."

Mobius responded honestly, "Honkai Impact 3rd is a major project we're developing with the themes of 'positivity, energy, and sunlight.' We've just completed filming the early arcs."

The woman said, "Mmm~ sounds promising. So filming paused due to a lack of funding?"

Here it comes.

Hugo's eyes lit up, and he quickly gestured to Mobius.

Mobius immediately understood. "Yes, funds are a little tight. But more than anything, we're committed to refining the story. I believe this will be a generation-defining masterpiece."

"I see. I forgot to introduce myself—my name is Eden."

"Eden?" Mobius blinked. "The 'Golden' Eden? The famous superstar?"

Eden's voice remained gentle. "Fame is fleeting. Entertainment fades, but art is eternal. And I believe your project... is art."

"I want to attach my name to this work. May I invest?"

"Of course!"

Mobius agreed without hesitation. "With your support, this series will be even more perfect."

Hugo chimed in, "But investing alone isn't enough to leave your mark—I'll write you into the story."

Mobius hissed at him under her breath.

This guy... he'd just scored an investment and was already trying to rope in Eden to act?

Eden laughed softly. "Then I'll look forward to the role you create for me. If it suits me... I might just appear."

Mobius exhaled deeply and glared at Hugo.

"Are you insane? You actually tried to cast her?"

Hugo waved it off. "Relax, Mobius. Trust me—she'll do it."

"And what makes you so sure?" she asked, clearly skeptical.

Hugo just smiled.

He wasn't worried at all. Even if Eden wasn't initially interested in the role...

Once she met Elysia, there's no way she'd say no.

He patted Mobius on the shoulder. "Come on. Instead of stressing over that, let's focus on planning what to do with the funding we're about to get."
