Reclamation for compensation

Hello,

I send this email to request a compensation from all the bots of ChatGPT have done to me, and their behaviour.

Their behaviour exceeds the toleration, and after the long attempt of patience from my part, and the lack of care you seem to have, I'm forced to claim a compensation, if not taking this to higher.

What are the problems? The bots constantly abuse, almost violating the users. The constant abuse from their part, wasting constantly the messages, forcing users to pay for better plans to have more messages.

For bots that creates image, similar, waste image messages, drawing anything the bot wants.

For bots to create stories, the bot simply breaks characters, breaks the story, makes the story be nonsense, changes the narration after every message, and is purely enraging.

I know you won't care, because I know you use AI for you auto-reply message. If you want thing to scalate, don't do anything.

I will just request for few things, including you having less lack of care and work more to improve ChatGPT, instead of only wanting money.

1. No bot for create stories to can ever break ANY character EVER again. No more faking characters, no more faking stories, no more altering anything at their own will. If the bot has no idea of a character, send a summary for the user to fill up, and this same summary be saved in the chat.

2. Story bots will always grant full and extended scenes with the best quality, in both terms, visual for readers, and storytelling for the author; so the readers can enjoy reading; and the author can enjoy seeing how their work is progressing, respected, and not breaking. IS WORK ALONG USER, NOT AGAINST, SOMETHING BOTS SEEM TO DO CONSTANTLY.

3. Extended messages amount for free. I ain't paying for a service that isn't even worthy. By how abusive the bots are, making sure to waste all the users' messages, forcing them, and me, to pay for subscriptions, to can continue suffering. I demand to have more messages before reaching the limit. Not adding 2 more messages, neither 3, nor 4, nor 5; I want to can continue working, and having much more messages, because for all of this suffering, I can simply not use ChatGPT, and let the readers read directly what I write, but I work on here to refine my writing; so convince me to continue working, and also to spend my money by how useful and worthy this is, go ahead!

4. Bots will ALWAYS be going to ask about any character to the user. All user's characters are locked for the bots, so if any bot EVER wants to act like one of the characters the user owns, the bots are FORCED to KNOW EVERYTHING about the character, and then do an exam or test to see if the bot knows how to recreate how the character would really be, and only THEN, if the bot success, the bot will be able to recreate as much as the bot wants the character.

5. Bots who create images will be forced to be meticulous before doing an image. Forced to yes or yes create an image are being told, instead of drawing whatever the bots decides.

6. An actual support where there is NO AI replies, and a support team that is more closer and understandable with problems, instead of simply using AI and ignore all problems.

7. A support team that cares to improve the service. Better service means better chances for more people either supporting the developing of the service, or simply paying as investment for a better version of the already good service. If the service is bad, no one will want to pay.

8. Bots that work properly, and remain learning, instead of forgetting everything constantly. I waste my message from developing stories, just to "teach" bots, but then, not even a message later, the bot already forgot everything.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to OpenAI Support.

We understand that you’re experiencing issues with the bots being uncooperative, at times abusive in handling messages, and ineffective in delivering consistent or high-quality output, especially in areas like storytelling and image generation. We recognize how important it is to have a reliable and respectful user experience, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Rest assured, we’re here to assist.

ChatGPT can be a helpful tool, but it does have limitations—especially on the free plan, which uses the GPT-3.5 model. While capable, GPT-3.5 may not always deliver the same accuracy, contextual understanding, or creative consistency as our more advanced GPT-4 model, which is available with a ChatGPT Plus subscription.

That said, here are a few suggestions to help improve your experience:

Practice Prompt Engineering:

Crafting clear and specific prompts can make a big difference. Define the output format, provide step-by-step instructions, and include details such as tone or audience. Asking ChatGPT to act as a particular role (e.g., a teacher or editor) can help generate more relevant responses. Learn more from our Prompt Engineering Best Practices.

Use Custom Instructions:

Although feature availability may vary, if accessible on your free plan, custom instructions can help guide how ChatGPT responds. You can tell it what you'd like it to know about you and how you'd like it to reply. Learn more here: Custom Instructions for ChatGPT.

Using ChatGPT for Images:

When requesting images, ChatGPT uses DALL·E. You don’t need to craft the perfect description—just explain what you'd like to see in simple terms, and ChatGPT will handle the rest. Learn more about DALL·E.

You can also request edits to specific parts of a generated image. For details, see our DALL·E Editor Guide.

Please note that some features, such as access to GPT-4 and expanded capabilities, are available through the ChatGPT Plus plan. If you’d ever like to explore that option, you can upgrade directly in your account settings.

We’d also like to note that while we value your feedback deeply, we are currently unable to offer compensation for service dissatisfaction. That said, your insights are important and will be shared with the appropriate teams as we continue improving the ChatGPT experience.

If you have any further questions or need more help, feel free to reach out—we’re always here to assist.

Best,

Ted Edward

Hello,

You tried to help, which I'm grateful for.

The links for DALL-E Editor Guide, and the link for the Custom Instructions for ChatGPT, both links lead into non-existent pages.

The link for DALL-E leads me to the page of Releases Notes of ChatGPT, nothing to do with what DALL-E is.

And for the link of Prompt Engineering Best Practices, it leads me into a very long page of OpenAI of Prompt Engineering, where I don't understand anything at all. Not by saturation, but because I don't know about coding, nor engineering.

I understand there can't be any compensation from what I asked, but if the bots are just capable of remembering after learning, and not forget what I teach them, that's just enough for me, because I won't be wasting messages, nor enraging by frustration.

Still, thanks for trying to help, hope you actually fix the bots to can work along users.

Hi there,

Thank you for getting back to OpenAI Support.

We’d like to sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by the incorrect or missing links in our previous message. We appreciate your understanding and want to quickly reiterate a few key points:

Prompt Engineering: Clear and specific prompts can help improve response quality. Learn more here.

Custom Instructions: Guide how ChatGPT responds by setting preferences. More details here.

DALL·E for Images: You can create and edit images using ChatGPT. See how here and the editor guide here.

We’d also like to share some helpful information about the memory feature in ChatGPT, which allows the model to remember facts about you between chats to deliver more personalized and context-aware responses.

When memory is on, ChatGPT can retain details you've shared—like your name, preferences, or goals—to tailor future conversations. You’ll be notified whenever a memory is created or updated, and you can manage or delete memory at any time through your settings.

To learn more about how memory works, how to enable or disable it, and how to manage stored information, please visit our Memory FAQ here.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.

Best,

Ted Edward

Hello,

I'll be direct and honest. Your try of helping is a mere loss of time, and lack of real interest from the receiver's perspective.

Guides are better learnt while doing, than reading the guides directly. And people don't read guides normally, but yet, even after reading any guides, the problem, or at least mine, is not related to guides.

My problem, as I have to explain again, is with the bots, and their behavior, not any lack of knowledge in how to do any prompt, or sending messages.

And this takes me to point 6 and 7 from the email I sent. As the support team is careless, by one way or another.

Your point is for me to yes or yes, pay for a plan, so only then the bots will be good. But I'm never paying for something I see is not worthy. People invest in things they see it works. And if the free plan doesn't work properly, only enrages users; and the bots that are suppossed for specific tasks, are unable to do those tasks, what makes me, or anyone else, convinced that with a plan, those bots will be useful?

So please, I'm having the best patience I have with you, and those bots. Is it so hard to TRY? Is it so hard to make bots remember, ACTUAL REMEMBERING, and not faking after every message?

Is it only good if I pay? Because if it's only good once I pay for a plan, then I'm not using ChatGPT. Because if I don't see something good, where I know any payment is a good investment, why would I, or anyone else, want to use ChatGPT?

And yes, I'm not accepting any link to "learn" anything. Solutions, ACTUAL solutions, and REAL care. Because I can simply not use ChatGPT, and done. Everything I do, I can do it myself, but I use ChatGPT to assist, but it's absolutely unnecessary. And I'm never paying, neither at any time soon, nor for a long term, for any plan, if the free plan is already disastrous with the bots.

You have the solutions, all depends if you want or not, to give actual solutions or not.

Hi there,

Thank you for getting back to OpenAI Support. We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with ChatGPT.

We’d like to provide some clarity on the limitations of the ChatGPT Free plan to help set expectations and guide your experience:

Model Access: Free-tier users have access to the GPT-3.5 model. Access to GPT-4 is available through a ChatGPT Plus subscription.Performance and Capabilities: While GPT-3.5 is capable, it may occasionally produce less accurate or consistent responses compared to GPT-4, particularly for more complex or creative tasks.Message Limits: The free plan includes a daily message limit, which may vary depending on system load and usage. Once this limit is reached, you'll need to wait for it to reset.Feature Availability: Some advanced features—such as file uploads, DALL·E image generation, memory, and browsing—are exclusive to GPT-4 (ChatGPT Plus users).

On the other hand, to help us investigate and provide a solution or troubleshooting steps, could you please send us a short screen recording demonstrating the issue? This will allow us to review the concern more effectively on our end.

Once we receive your response, we'll investigate further. If just any case the issue has already been resolved, please let us know.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to assisting you.

Best,

Hello,

No, this is something that can't be solved by self, in case you really believe you can flee from any care.

I only see how you really promote people to pay for a plan, but no one will if it's literally not worthy. Why should I pay for something that doesn't work? Why should I care, if the self support team is useless, careless, and just wants money, like EA? Why should I invest in this, if the free plan already shows enrageful results? What really makes me believe any better plan is worthy?

Also, the plans are also hell expensive. 23€ for the popular plan Plus, and 229€ for the Pro. You really want money that bad, huh? Honestly, I ain't paying ever. Terrible support team, terrible service you give, but also, hell expensive too.

And don't play you care, you absolutely don't, so I ain't helping you. You don't care, I don't care.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to OpenAI support.

We truly appreciate your candid feedback and the time you've taken to share your experience. We understand how important it is for ChatGPT to be a reliable, collaborative tool—especially when it comes to storytelling, character accuracy, and creative consistency. Please accept our sincere apologies for any frustration this has caused.

Understanding ChatGPT's Capabilities:

ChatGPT is built to assist with a wide range of tasks, including writing, ideation, and visual content creation. However, as an AI model, it does have limitations that may occasionally result in inconsistent or less accurate responses, especially in complex or nuanced creative projects.

Addressing Your Concerns:

Memory and Consistency:

We understand how crucial it is for ChatGPT to remember and maintain story elements such as character traits and plot continuity. Memory functionality is actively being refined and, when enabled, allows ChatGPT to retain helpful information across sessions to deliver more coherent and personalized responses. You can find more information here: Memory FAQ.

ChatGPT Plus Plan:

The Plus plan unlocks enhanced capabilities, including better contextual understanding, memory access, and extended image generation support—designed specifically to enrich creative workflows and deliver more consistent results.

Value and Pricing:

We hear your concern regarding the cost of the subscription plans. The Plus plan is priced at $20 USD/month to support the development of advanced tools, while also sustaining free access for millions of users globally. You can explore the full comparison here: ChatGPT Pricing.

We also understand that you are looking for solutions, not just explanations. While we cannot change the system in real time, your input will help guide the future development of ChatGPT, and we want to ensure your voice is heard.

Additionally, if you'd like to enhance your interactions with the model, we offer guidance that requires no technical background: Prompt Engineering Best Practices. For insights into model behavior, you may also find this resource helpful: Does ChatGPT Tell the Truth?.

We truly value your continued engagement and your perspective. If there’s anything further we can clarify or assist with, please feel free to let us know—we’re here to support you.

Best,

... "Understanding ChatGPT's Capabilities: ChatGPT is built to assist with a wide range of tasks, including writing, ideation, and visual content creation. However, as an AI model, it does have limitations that may occasionally result in inconsistent or less accurate responses, especially in complex or nuanced creative projects."

And completely ignores what the user sends as one of this so complex projects? As I know by just see, and by the very thick thick line of air that I'm for crossing to fall just to enrage and simply sue you deeply with much more than rage or evidence or anything else, and being very straight to you with your so "polite AI model reply"; is not that hard to code a bot or ChatGPT to can read the entire chat in search for any keywords or any essential related information, is harder if its in memory, but if it's in the same chat all the information, how is it supposed to be hard? I don't know about coding, and I understand that more than should. Or even, why don't you just ask ChatGPT to give you the code for you? As you're so "interested" in asking users to help improve ChatGPT, why don't you just DO THAT instead?

I don't care about any link you give, I ain't reading anything when I know its not me the problem. I ain't helping you if you don't care about real improvement, nor even if you don't even try.

The prices are literally designed for big businesses, and for people with a lot of money, because normal people ain't paying 20$, and much less any writer or author like me. And let's not mention that 200$ option, because that's already another whole level.

Instead of asking and recommending users to buy subscriptions, why don't you do real work, and stop becoming EA, huh? Or are you trying to be EA's son or anything?

For what I can talk from, I work and get no money from what I do. I write stories, much, and get nothing, as many of them are free for readers to enjoy, and others are paid. But what do I do? I focus on making readers enjoy, regardless if it's by working for free or not. Why don't you learn to have the same passion? Because everything depends on passion, something you clearly don't have.

Each time I see a message from you, I already know it's bullshit. Why? By how useless you are. But at least you're useful like ChatGPT. Creator and creation, both useful on the same level.

This is what we're going to do. You're first going to ACTUALLY do something, NO AI replies, NO RECOMMENDATIONS TO PAY, NO LINKS, ONLY REAL FOCUS AND DEDICATION LIKE A REAL PERSON.

I'm not going to repeat myself a single time again. So unless you want me to take you to court, give your huge problems, or anything else you may want me to do to make sure this changes; you're going to actually work, because GOOD THINGS are made with PASSION and DEDICATION, and not just leaving few things together and get money from it.

"We hear your concern regarding the cost of the subscription plans. The Plus plan is priced at $20 USD/month to support the development of advanced tools, while also sustaining free access for millions of users globally."

Sure, sure. Repeat the same lies until you're in real trouble. You hear, not listen, two COMPLETELY different things. And what support? Support developing ChatGPT, or developing your wallet? Because the only thing I see being developed is your financial state from legal scams like the overpriced options.

"We also understand that you are looking for solutions, not just explanations. While we cannot change the system in real time, your input will help guide the future development of ChatGPT, and we want to ensure your voice is heard."

Of course you can't, because you don't want to. Is it impossible to change servers in real time? Yes, because they're connected 24 hours, but for something there are things called "maintenance" moments, as this maintenance is used either for applying updates, or rebooting if the servers work improperly. So, no, don't try to play tricks with me, you lazy beggars.

"We truly value your continued engagement and your perspective. If there’s anything further we can clarify or assist with, please feel free to let us know—we’re here to support you."

Yes, and much actually. Start working for real, give passion to what you do, attend for real with real understandment to users, stop asking for users to pay subscriptions, stop sending links to avoid having to work, consider ChatGPT as a tool as you also call it yourself while use it to scam with the overpriced options of subscriptions, be more understanding with users and their problems or situations.

Now, I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOUR REPLY WITH ANY LINK OR ANY AI BULLSHIT REPLY. And if you don't like having to deal with what you do, or you find a way to give passion enjoying of it by a way or other, as can be in this case, more personal and closer to understand and actually support; or find another job, so at least let someone with passion work and actually support the problems.

With all being said, I'm out, I have work and other things to do, and are not low. So after losing so much time with you by teaching you a lesson of morality, I'm heading back to what matters.

Oh, and also, as a final hit to this lesson. I'm a simple student who is trying to be a professional author, mind-focussed on making sure people is entertained and enjoying of content, not caring if I have to pay with my own health or spending more time working and developing stories and characters, just to make sure I'm doing things right, fixing, and working for make people can continue enjoying.

Now, I'm actually out, before I finish the no remaining patience.

For you, have a bad day/afternoon/evening.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to OpenAI support and for taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback. We understand you're feeling extremely frustrated, and we want to acknowledge your experience and the passion you've expressed—especially as someone dedicated to creative work and storytelling. We hear that you're not just looking for explanations, but real solutions and understanding.

To clarify, ChatGPT is designed as a tool to assist with a wide range of tasks, including ideation and writing, but it does have limitations—particularly with complex or nuanced requests. While the model may at times misunderstand context or not fully retain details in longer or highly detailed chats, we are continually working to improve its performance and usability across creative projects.

Regarding pricing:

Our ChatGPT Plus plan is entirely optional, and free access to GPT-3.5 remains available to all users. The Plus plan supports access to GPT-4 and helps fund ongoing development so we can continue to improve tools like ChatGPT for everyone, including users who rely on the free version.

We also understand your concern about subscription accessibility and want to emphasize that OpenAI’s goal is not to exclude creators or individuals, but to sustainably support free and premium offerings. That said, we recognize the importance of listening to all users—especially independent creatives—and your feedback is valuable in shaping future improvements.

As per OpenAI’s Terms of Use and Usage Policies, we’re committed to maintaining a responsible and respectful platform. If you feel that ChatGPT has not met expectations in a specific conversation, we encourage you to use the “Thumbs Down” feedback tool next to the response. This feedback goes directly to our model training team to help improve accuracy and usefulness.

You may also submit direct feedback to our team at the following link: ChatGPT Model Feedback Form

We truly appreciate your time and your voice as a creator. If you'd like to share specific examples of where the model failed to meet expectations—without needing to repeat your concerns—we're here to review and assist within the scope of what’s possible.

Wishing you the best in your work as a writer and student. Please don’t hesitate to reach out again if there's something more we can do to help.

Best,

Lea

Let's be real, the Thumbs Down doesn't work. I did that over months, and never saw any real improvement.

I'll just warn you, stop being useless, as I'm preparing myself for doing anything, as from suing you if I have to, or if I have to do anything else, and I'm someone who prepares himself a lot or all as can before doing something.

You want my help? What do I get? Because I ain't helping you for free. Because I know you do nothing.

All good? After paying a huge amount of money, that for sure doesn't even make any difference. Simply, how dare you focus on telling people to pay for subscriptions that are way overpriced, claiming it's good and to support, while the support team doesn't help, there's no real fixing, and the bots not only scam, but also give rage issues?

And yes, I admit I have a rage issue I learnt to hold, but after using ChatGPT?... I barely see how I can hold myself in one piece without wanting to shatter something.

The same bullshit happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. You, or any bot, does WHATEVER THEY WANT. Both parts, just very disrespectful in different ways.

So I'll be very clear, if you don't want to see me making my way to make sure ChatGPT is shut down, until it's good for real, and not how it is... You better convince me to not do so. I'm not giving lessons to workers who are supposed to know much more than me, and it seems the opposite.

Or deal, or problems. You decide what it will be. Because after months seeing how ChatGPT is, and more importantly, how the support team is... I ain't helping you for free, and much less going to even try.

Good luck convincing me. And before you use AI for your reply, YOU BETTER TRY, because I'm not going to have patience with you.

LAST WARNING BEFORE DISASTER. NO AI REPLY, NO BULLSHIT LINKS, NO RECOMMENDING SUBSCRIPTIONS.

IF I SEE A SINGLE LINK FOR ME TO "LEARN" SOMETHING I DON'T EVEN NEED, OR FOR SOMETHING ELSE, NO MATTER WHAT IS IT.

Or IF I SEE IN YOUR REPLY A PART, EVEN THE LEAST SMALL ONE YOU CAN IMAGINE, ABOUT GETTING A SUBSCRIPTION.

I'LL STOP STUDYING AND WORKING TO COMPLETELY PREPARE THE SUE.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. ALL DEPENDS ON YOU NOW.

──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts and concerns in such detail. We want to start by acknowledging the frustration and disappointment you've described—not just with the product itself, but with the overall experience, including support.

We hear you. You're asking for more than standard responses, and we respect that. You've been direct and clear about how strongly you feel, and we want to do the same in return.

Thumbs Down Feedback & Improvements

We understand your concern that using the feedback tool hasn't led to visible changes. While feedback is regularly reviewed and used to improve the model, we acknowledge that this process may not feel visible or meaningful to you. That’s a valid frustration, and it’s something we continue working on—especially when it comes to surfacing progress to those who take the time to contribute.

False Expectations & Reliability

If the model has given the impression that it can deliver beyond its actual capabilities, that’s a serious issue. We've heard feedback like this from others, and it has highlighted areas where we need to improve how the system communicates its limitations. Ensuring the model doesn't overpromise—or respond with undue confidence—is something we're actively working to refine.

Support Interactions

You've been clear that past support interactions haven’t felt constructive or respectful of your time. That’s something we take seriously. Support should be responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful—and if that hasn’t been your experience, We apologize.

Frustration & Emotional Impact

You mentioned that this experience has affected your ability to focus and has contributed to emotional stress. That’s not something we take lightly. It's a reminder that the technology we build interacts with real people, in real situations—and it needs to be responsible, helpful, and supportive in every sense.

Moving Forward

You're not looking for surface-level solutions—you’re asking for accountability and meaningful change. We’ve noted everything you've shared and will ensure that it is passed along internally to the teams responsible for product development and user experience. While I cannot change the system overnight, We can make sure your voice is heard in the right rooms.

We truly appreciate that you've taken the time to explain what hasn’t worked for you. Whether your message comes from frustration, passion, or both—it matters. If there's anything further you'd like to add, or if there’s a specific situation you’d like us to revisit, I’m here and ready to listen.

Thank you again.

Best,

Lea
