I Don't Need her

Kanishka clenched her fists and muttered to herself while looking at Pranav's picture on her phone screen, "The time has come to punish your murderer. I have to leave for Bihar tomorrow morning. I will talk to Dhanraj ji as soon as he returns."

On the other side...

Dhanraj Rathore had left for his family home. He was sitting in the backseat of his car while the driver was driving.

The driver looked in the mirror and asked, "Maalik sa, are you going there for the first time? How is that palace?"

Dhanraj replied with a light smile, "The palace is not just a building, it is a heritage. Jodhpur's Udai Mahal is the heritage of the Rathore family."

The driver shook his head and said, "Really, boss! Big people talk big. I have heard that even the winds there tell stories of royal families."

Dhanraj took a deep breath while looking out of the window. "Yes... and now I am going to write a new chapter in that history."

Udai Mahal, Jodhpur

Wedding preparations were going on. Two servants were talking while doing lighting work on the roof of the house.

"Have you heard Bhaiya, a dowry maid is coming with the new Bindni- a 17-year-old girl!"

one said happily. The other supported him and said, "Yes, I have seen her, she is very beautiful. I will tease her every day!"

"I will not let her sleep the whole night!"

Both of them were talking shamelessly, without realizing that Krit was standing behind them and Samaksh was in his lap.

"Papa , what are these people talking about?" he asked innocently.

On hearing this, Krit's face hardened. But when the servants realized his presence, both of them froze like ice.

Both of them turned back and bowed their heads in front of him and said together, "Please forgive me, Hukum, it came out of my mouth by mistake. My tongue slipped."

"If you say such a thing about any stranger woman, whether from the house or outside this house, and I hear it, then nobody will find your dead body." Krit said emphasizing each word. Both of them started trembling with fear.

Both of them fell at Krit's feet. "Hukum, never do this again." Both of them said this while requesting and Krit said, "I am also not in the habit of repeating things."

He took Samaksh with him and left from there.

On the other side, in the garden of the palace, Dhanraj was sitting on a chair of the outdoor furniture set. Breakfast was kept in front of him and Shekhar was sitting next to him and talking.

"Banna sa, you did not find anyone at home, that is why I apologize to you. Everyone in the house has gone to the temple of the Kuldevi. Hukum sa has already given the invitation of Hukum's wedding there," Shekhar was telling him that there is no one in the house at the moment.

Frowning his eyebrows, Dhanraj said, "So is Krit Thakur sa also not in the palace? I have come to meet him and invite him to the sangeet that is going to happen tonight."

"Hukum has not gone. He is in the palace itself. I have sent the servant to call him, he must be coming," Shekhar replied.

Dhanraj's face lit up with a smile. After some time, Krit came there with Samaksh, then Dhanraj got up from his place and folded his hands in front of him and said, "Khamma ghani, Thakur sa!!"

"Thank you very much, Banna sa. Be sit!!"

Krit had just gestured Dhanraj to sit when Samaksh asked, "Who is he?"

"Your mama sa!!" Krit replied.

Samaksh folded his hands in front of him and said, "Khamma Ghani, Mama sa!!"

This act of his brought a smile on Dhanraj's face and a question came out of his mouth with a smile, "Whose is this cute child, Thakur sa?"

"Mine!!" Krit's answer made his face pale. Krit put Samaksh in Shekhar's lap and sent him away from there.

As soon as he left, seeing Dhanraj's questioning face, Krit said, "Your mother knows about my son, but it seems that you are not aware of this."

"Thakur sa, my sister also probably does not know about this. She may have a problem with this. But my younger sister will handle everything. She is coming as a maid in dowry." Dhanraj was still speaking when Krit interrupted him and said, "She cannot come to this house. There is no tradition of keeping maids in our house."

"She will not be a maid, but will live as a maid and will follow your every order." Dhanraj said trying to convince her, because he knew that women are respected in Krit's house, they are worshipped like goddesses. That is why he wanted to secure Phool's future by sending her to this house.

But Krit rejected his thinking and said strictly, "We already have many servants in our house, I do not need one more. And I don't have the habit of repeating the same thing again and again."

Dhanraj didn't say anything further, just finished his talk and said, "As you wish, Thakur sa! Anyway, I have come to invite you for the Sangeet ceremony. Please come."

After finishing his talk with Krit, he headed towards his car. He went near the car and saw that beautiful four-storey palace, which was spread over who knows how many acres of land.

He said in his mind, "Phool, I would have made you the queen of this house if it was in my control. But it seems that your fate is bad, that you can also become a maid in this house. Now I don't know what will mother sa decide about your fate, when she comes to know about this. If a maid is refused to be accepted in her master's in-laws, then I don't know what happens to her."
